its gud to know we can have more categories 😉
I went thru all members categories..believe me...all r unique & different in the own way...yesterday i was studying Management theory....it was something abt appreciating employees efforts by awarding them....divya post came into my mind...so came up with some ideas 😳
I have seen some members mentioned best videomixer. best siggy & avi maker..but for these things u need additional software...which some members may not have ...but that doesn't mean we donot have these in our categories....wht i came up with is y can't be boardly classify our categories into 2...having 5 sub categories in each 😃
One is General categories...were all we need is a id & rest depends on how we participate in the forum..so that every1 can qualify for this 😳 :
1) Most Helpful member- some1 who visits the helpdesk regularly to answer queries, assists new members & over all very helpful 😉
2)Most Disciplined Member - who follows all rules & regulations..guides new members/members when they break a rule....inwords words no spamming or chatting (no place for Kai here 😆 )
3)Most participating/Active member- takes active participation in debates, discussions, predictions..games etc
4)Most Humorous Member - some1 with a great sense of humor...manages of crack any1 at anytine 😆
5)Most (i cudn't get a correct term)..suggestive 😕 ..well some1 who comes with great ideas, suggestions to improve our PRC section 😛
in this 2 category we can include..[i cudn't think of a title...u guys..cam come up with something appropriate)
1) Greatest videomixer - some1 who comes with great videomixing...grest scenes + song
2)Greatest siggy/avi maker - very creative & interesting siggy / avis
3)Most Informative member- who provides insight news, pics, articles etc of PRC team & actors
4)Greatest Observor - now every1 is not gifted with hawk eyes..to catch hold of all bloopers made in PRC 😆
5)Most Imaginative Member - comes with interesting....topics..like dreams...now every1 is not gud at imagination..that y i put this category here 😛
we can even have a third category...i can't think of a name of it....which includes:
1) Naughiest Member - all brats can qualify 😆
2) Biggest Fan of Rajat
3) Biggest fan of RT & MC jodi
4) Best griller 😆
5) Best writer...in the sense who rites beautifully 😳 while replying / posting
now from categories i am jumping to nominations...
1 member not more than 2 categories 😊 ...so that every1 is given equal opport 😉
Mods shud not be nominateed....now lash / pari..don't come running with ur x-tra long broomsticks 😆 .....AWARDS r a way of RECOGNIZING ones's efforts..now u guys r already regonized by IF as mods...& moreover..mods r usually those members who r more active than the ordinary members...so if u guys take part...pari usualy does her duties here but Lash is a vey active member...she will difenitely qualify & win most of the categories 😳 😆
how will be go abt nominations....i have a solution for that.....we can use PM facility for this...every member shud be asked to choose/nominatee 5 members per category...GIVING 1 REASON Y SHE/HE has chosen that particular member for that particular category....
y give reason: we don't want ppl to randomly pick 5 names or put names that r in their buddy list 😊
Now we cud have a list having all the members of PRC section it wud be vey helpful while selecting names while nominating....y? the first name that comes into ur mind..will be ur frnds...for a particuar category ie Most helpful Member..there might be a member more deserving to be nominated but just bcoz his/her name does stuck u..u may not rite his/her name
Just to ensure that some1 deserving an award does get it just bcoz he/she didn't have enough frnds in this section....(I hope i am very clear here)
how to go abt the list...open up a post..ask members to write their names(the names they want to be called) along with their usernames...this way we can make sure...no1 is missed out + we can see a member username with their avis & siggies (some members r more regonized thru their siggies/avis than their ids)
Jumping to the awards...i strongly suggest we shud have a runner up ...so that more members can win...now this awards is not a everyday thing...RT is playing PRC for next couple of months....if during our next awards..Bedi or some1 other guy is playing prc..some regular members might leave..new ones might join in..so y can't we make best use of this opportunity 😃
