Prithviraj Chauhan to begin filming in August!

Ajay Devgan will begin shooting with Raj Kumar Santoshi for the film on Prithviraj Chauhan in August this year. According to Ajay's business manager, Kumar Mangat, Ajay has allotted priority dates to Santoshi from six months from August in order to complete the film from start-to-finish. Mangat adds that the film will be entirely shot in Jaipur and Jodhpur and Aishwarya Rai will play the leading lady in the film.
There was speculation that Ajay was reconsidering going ahead with the film after he heard about Sunny Deol's decision to go ahead with the film on the same subject but Mangat reveals that there is no question of reviewing the decision. "Rajkumar Santoshi has been working for three years on the subject and the role is something Ajay has cherished. Ajay is determined to make a success of his role in the film," Mangat maintains.
Despite the fact that his past few releases haven't got a very encouraging response at the box-office, Ajay has a lot of hopes pinned on his forthcoming line up of releases, starting with Harry Baweja's MAIN AISA HI HOON, Neha Arts' TANGO CHARLIE, Karan Johar's KAAL and Prakash Jha's APAHARAN. "All these films have in very challenging roles with different shades and he is looking forward to the year ahead," Mangat informs.
