The intoxication is in the wine

The toast is just to hold it 🤔

Well what I could make out he's calling Archana the wine and saying that she has the intoxication (talent?) in her and he is referring himself (or maybe something else) as the toast /glass of wine which is simply holding the wine. Or supporting Archana.

Or maybe I am just over thinking n he meant something else only 😆
