Cvs did that to justify Akshay's relation with vijaya. Story could take a turn too, if something happens to vijaya and nandini takes care of niti abd Akshay.

Cvs showed Akshay n nandini relationship as sn extramarital affair which cannot be justified

Akshay was somewhat wrong but he was not in any relationship with vijaya. Even the daughter is not his. Akshay didn't consummate his marriage with vijaya.
