i watched father of bride many times ..the thing is its not an indian movie. could any bollywood movie dare to show that concept ?? ...never i guess..i am not saying its not happened in india.its pretty much normal in early years ..but absolutely not in 21st century whr most of the ppl r deciding to have a single baby ...when i was in 12th std, my frnd used to tell a lot abt her little brother. she told me he is her own brother whe n i questioned. i was shocked to hear to have such an age gap b/w them. she said their parents r so desperate about a baby boy.so they underwent a treatment and finally had a test tube baby. my frnd is 16yrs ...

so think abt mona's character here ...having such an adult child and getting pregnant again ..isn't it embrassing for vimmy whr she is in a position to look after grand children ?😉

So what should Vimmy do now then? Get an abortion because she's too old to have a baby by society's standards?

its an american movie which is super hit ... they will accept any kind..in reality also they can deliver a baby before marriage ...they can deliver a baby at older age ..no one cares about it ...coz ppl do mind their own business and they dont interfere ...but indian society is nothing like that ..how hard they try ...they can't escape from it ... though they give birth to a baby with much age longer gap, for sure the lady would have face a lot of embrassment...no doubt...

most of the bollywood movies r casting older ppl ... its not like they can only show ppl who r in 20's .. half of the actresses in bollywood have already crossed their 35's and still acting as leads

I agree it isnt abnormal ting but,ur DIL is expectng a baby in few days,plus the shw is ending now,we wntd sweety to b pregnant,by shwng she cnsultng second opinion or wntd mona being pregnant wid anu child.but vimmy...so now v can except amrit,bharti,baa,bijal also being pregnant til end of d show
