Is Sweety illiterate ?

How can the CVs fool us to this extent. Last week they showed that Goldie has Sweety's medical report where it is apparently mentioned that she can never conceive in future. He even showed it to Vimmy. Is Sweety illiterate ? Can't she read her own medical report ? And if she has never bothered to read it till now, then maybe she is not so sad at losing her baby. Clearly this is illogical. I mean her future at her in-laws depended on that baby, she lost it and then she never wanted to check with her report on what the doctor had to say. She remembered it only when her MIL asked for it. Such casual attitude sucks

The report was hidden from Sweety. Hence she doesnt know the truth.
