The CV'S need to concentrate on the general storyline. Although persons are fed up of Hetal and her tantrums, they still want to see a more positive kind of relationship between the families and a display of the two different cultures/traditions as when the show started. I think it have evolved into a more in laws kind of thing. Who treating who bad and who taking revenge etc. This is what is taking the show downstream.

PLEASE CV's listen to your audience, they are the ones who make your show a success. Good Luck RMJ

RMJ writers have a concept, which is marriage between Punjabi and Gujjus beyond this they have no story.

The happy story line will finish in a few episodes, they have to have a great story to tell the audience about traditions, but they have no story, the story changes every week, so do the sets, the room changes the office space changes to accommodate the new story line.

The biggest weakness of this show is the story. Now they have brought in Goldie, out of the blue to make up some other story...it is all patch work..

The best serial I ever watched on dvd's was Udaan..nothing like that has ever been shown.it has an extremely good and fast paced story, it is still the best serial I have ever watched.

Now the serials are more like bollywood films, very far removed from real life..they show non-existent life style of average Indian. They are like dream, an average Indian wants to dream I have not seen average homes like Gandhi's and Bedi's in Delhi. Only very wealthy (not just rich) live this kind of life style, such opulent living room, very big dinning tables, even average gujjus eating at fully laid out tables...very high standard of living...they are selling a dream, very far removed from reality. In Delhi no soft engineer has this kind of life style, no business family, unless they are industrialist live in Bedi style of household.

Goldie is definitely patch work. I always say that as much as these are serials, they must have realistic things. Fiction will not make something success. People want to have situations that they can identify with. that makes it interesting. I have not looked at Udann but for me the most interesting was Saath Phere and even to that has some over fictitious parts.
