Any problems they had in the past were caused by one thing only, miscommunication

They werent open and honest with eachother. Both kept secrets and kept their ideas, and it caused misunderstandings.
And when they communicated and cleared their misunderstandings, they worked well together and got things done (Exposing Dimpy and Pam)

Havent they learned their lesson yet?

Why are they hiding Goldie's re-appearence from eachother,
Mona knows that Goldie will be here a while, because Sweety is. And Anu knows Goldie is his boss and will be a permanent fixture
They are bound to encouter him sometime or the other

Why arent they telling each other the truth? Use your heads!

I agree with your post.This is very annoying and irritating...I wonder why creatives of RMJ make them hide everything from each other. RMJ's all tracks are like this...1.Problem. 2.Hiding everything from family. 3.Misunderstandings. 4 Family come to know the truth and voila !!

agree...I think they are hiding from each other becoz, the other will be hurted by knowing the fact...but they are hurting us...and this is impacted on the trp's.Yesterday RMJ is out of top 10..

The CV's needed to do something to keep this show on top. I am really sick and tired of the hiding thing too. Mona tells her mother in law about Goldie and could not tell her husband. No matter how mad or how upset he seem at least she should mention to him that Goldie is back in town so it wont spring any surprise on him that she knew Goldie is back and did not mention. May be by her starting off the topic on Goldie, he would have felt more comfortable discussing it with her.

I think Anukalp should resign rather than have Goldie shout at him and have him feel uncomfortable all day. If he is uncomfortable he would not be able to concentrate and produce good work. He can assist Mona at home with the family business and help develop it into a huge one.

Then Hetal may want the business when it start thriving to get respect from her in laws 😆
