Gumnam comes home drunk and tells he is the bride's father and starts to create the drama. Chachu (anybody knows his name) asks for forgiveness on his brother behalf from boy's family. Gumnam goes toward his daughter but she moves back and he goes and hugs Mona "saying she is very sweet and doesn't have any of bad habits, he realizes that he is hugging Mona so he goes toward Mona again but this time she runs away from there. Daarji tells Gumnam wife's to take him upstairs, Gumnam says No touching he can go by himself, and goes from there. Everybody is disgusted by the way Gumnam behaved. Daarji ask for forgiveness from boy side as they leave. Daarji falls down rest of the family supports him. On the other side Gumnam knocks on the Sweety's Door and keeps on asking her to open the door, but she is pretty adamant about not opening the door and tells Mona the same thing. Gumanam feels dejected and says only door left open for him was his kids but that is also closed now. In his room he is talking to himself when his wife brings him some lemonade. He asks her why should I drink this. He tells her he is born to be drunk, drunk about life, family, love, friends. He asks her if he trusts his friends then what is wrong with that. She replies back that you do trust them but they always backstab you. He tells her that he trusted them with clean heart; they're the one who should have guilt in their heart. My heart remained clean hearted and nobody understands this. He tells his wife that she is looking preety and now they're going to become saas and sasur. He tells her we have spent such a long time together, but she kept on fighting with her but never tried to understand his heart. Then he starts singing Kya Khoob ladi , and that's when Chachi comes in saying that her husband(Chachu) went to talk to boys family, and then both ladies leave saying they will go check on Sweety. Here in Sweety's room she is saying her dad ruined the whole function, what must be Parmeet saying, and his parents. What if they cancel the weeding? Mona tries to pacify her, and say's she will call Parmeet. She calls Parmeet and says she is calling from phone shopping network, Parmeet tells her that he is busy right now and hangs up. Mona calls again and parmeet tells her didn't I tell you to not to call me, but Mona cuts him off and tells him that it's her and tells him to talk to Sweety as she is very worried right now. Sweety talks to Parmeet and asks him is he mad at her. Parmeet tells her that her Chachu is talking to my dad and I will talk to you after that. Sweety starts to badmouth her father again. Here the brother comes and says "why isn't tayaji's ladli saying anything to support him" Mona says nobody is trying to understand his heart, and her mother and Gumnam wife comes in. Mona mother says that is tayaji heart that never understood the pain of his wife and daughter, never understood his responsibilities. But his wife says it's nothing like this he tries to do it but his friends never let him. Mona says ya there is only two people in this house who understands him that is Mona and you. Karan(Mona and Sweety's Brother) says there is only two women in his life and still he gives them all the pain. Daarji and Chachu talking. Chachu says they were really mad(boy side), but they cooled down immediately after hearing sweety name. He says they really like our Sweety and nothing else matter to them. Daarji says Sab rab de meher hai. Chachu says don't worry everything will be done and they have found very good hotel for guests. But Karan says that hotel he is very expensive. Daarji also says that is little too much and says there is also Mona whose marriage needs to be conducted. Chachu says not to be worry about these things. But Sweety's mother tells everybody that she has brought some jewelry from her mother's home and removes her bangle. Chachi tells her since when did our kids become separate, isn't Karan and Mona your children too. Daarji says that it is said true that there is nothing worse than having a bad child at your old age. Everybody looks around each other, here Gumnam comes out of the room and tells that what Daarji is saying is true and he should leave this house.
