Recently, TOI reported about talented actress Snigdha Pandey of Navya fame having bagged Shashi-Sumeet Mittal's upcoming light-hearted show on SAB TV.

And the latest we hear is that the actress has been finalized to play a pivotal role in Filmfarms' Do Dil Se Bandhi Ek Dor on Zee Tv.


Sources inform that Snigdha will be seen doing a meaty role after Navya. The actress has been cast to play the role of Bela. She will play a positive character and will be one of the key characters of the show.

When contacted, Snigdha remained unavailable for comment.

Rucha Gujrathi as Mahima in Do Dil Bandhe Ek Doori Se...

The story with a royal family background will have Rucha Gujrathi playing a grey character.

The news is buzzing in the media about Pintoo Guha's Film Farm Productions upcoming show Do Dil Bandhe Ek Doori Se which will air on Zee TV.

While not much is known about the story so far, our sources from the production house informed us saying, "The shoot for the show has already started. Recently they shot in Jodhpur to get the royal touch to the family background shown in the show."

The entire cast has been started shooting for the same. News reports also say that Rucha Gujrathiwill be seen playing a negative role in the show opposite Vikas Sethi. To know more about Rucha's character we contacted our source who confirmed, "Rucha is a parallel lead in the show. Her character name is Mahima and she will be seen portraying a situational grey character in the show which will be positive as well as negative."

The show is expected to go on floors in the first week of August. We tried contactingRucha Gujrathi to know more but she remained unavailable for any comments.

Well, we are sure that the petite beauty will do justice to her royal character.

Arhaan Behl is all set to leave behind his Krishna image as he begins shooting as Raghu from Do Dil Bandhe Ek Dori Se. The promos have just gone on air and Arhaan's character reminds us of Salman Khan in Bodyguard. When asked about it, the actor laughed, "Yes people are pointing that out, that's how we planned to present it. In the show I am multi- millionaire Balwant Rana's (Alok Nath) right hand. Being a multi-tasker I act as his bodyguard too. The character, however, isn't similar to Salman's."
The actor tells us that he is happy shooting at his hometown Rajasthan, where the show is set. He says, "I have been born and brought up in Rajasthan but I have never shot here, so it's nice being back. It's just been 8-9 days since we began shooting and it's terribly hot here; I am missing the rains of Mumbai. We are shooting all over Jodhpur and the locations are beautiful. We should wrap up the shoot by next week after which we will be back in Mumbai."
Ask him how different this role is from Krishna of Pratigya and he says, "Raghu is a complete contrast. Krishna was a extremely rich goon who sobered after marriage. Raghu comes from a lower middle class background and is very honest and hardworking. I hope people love my new role as much as they loved Krishna."

and AB being compared to SK in bodyguard? ha!! ... unless he does multiple shirtless fighting scenes with gleaming muscles then no comparison 😛
