A car is racing through the lone winding roads of UP………….. two men sat in the car , one driving , his face tensed n a bit afraid……………. The other man in the front seat looked relaxed , his hands clutching a suitcase …………….. he looked at the driver, as he said 'lalu, drive a bit faster ………….I have to get this gold in time to Chandu bhaiyya…………… he has to fix a new dealer before Chote thakur arrives…………… ' Lalu darted a greedy n tensed glance towards the suitcase, un-noticed by Bansi, the man holding it………………… Lalu cleared his throat , his voice cracking due to unnatural tension …….. 'Does it have the whole gold……..?' bansi looked at him , a questioning look coming over his face ………… lalu said , trying to sound sincere n earnest 'no , I meant, I don't think it has the whole gold……….it would have been large container if he has send the whole …………' bansi , said laughing 'Yes, its just a sample………….. but mind u , a large sample ' he winked good naturedly ……………….. 'that's why I am telling u to drive a bit faster …………. I would breathe easy if I get thing off my hands ……….'
Lalu looked at the suitcase again , tensed …………… it was time to act…………….they were along a lonely road , with little traffic………………. He started stamping his foot down the brake n clutch to make it look as if the car is going out of control …………….while bansi called 'look out!' as they were going to hit a tree , he turned the car narrowly missing the tree while pulling the hand brake……………… 'Oh, that was close' breathed bansi , as lalu acted as though checking the pedals n ignition…………… 'I think there is some problem….could u pls check the engine , I will try n start it ………….' Lalu said , trying keep his voice even …………………. 'Oh , we r already late ' bansi complained , getting out, leaving the suitcase behind…………… lalu opened the bonnet , waiting tensely ……………..bansi pulled open the lid as his phone rang ……
Chandu drove through huge gates , along a long pathway , leading to a huge n royal looking mansion…………..he was on phone……………'Reached yet?' he asked into the phone……….'no, sir, bansir replied, checking the hot engine………..'we r stuck ……at the pahadi road…….the car is down n we……' Chandu interrupted him sharply , stopping his benz, halfway down the path……….'what? down? It was serviced 2 days ago! ……….what r u talking about?' 'bansi looked confused as his eyes rowed over the engine ……'hmmm, me too can't find nothing wrong with the engine……….may be break or clutch ……' he didn't finish the sentence as the car started ………'ha' he exclaimed to the phone……….'alright sir, we r coming ….' Inside the car , sweating with fear n tension , lalu let go off the brakes n the solid metal sped ahead , hitting bansi ………….'aaahhh' bansi screamed falling under the car …………..
Chandu , his eyes narrowed in confusion , called out 'bansi …..' lalu looked back at bansi n reversed the car , mauling him over , his eyes on the suitcase …………… he was sweating with fear , as his eyes darted around to check for the sign of anyone ………….. This was too high a risk …………if he managed to get the gold to Sakthi singh as planned , he would get 25 % of the cash it fetched ……………. N he would fake some injuries n put the whole blame on bansi ……………..who escaped with the gold ……….. Sakthi's men would take care of bansi's body ………….. n surely , he could see 3 men coming out of their hiding place , giving him a thumps up as they started dragging bansi's corpse to their omnie……one of them shouted at him 'Go , sakthi saab is waiting for u , we will take of this '………… lalu , drove ahead , his left hand clutching at the suit case, some of his tension eased……………. He will have to be careful n convincing ………………..Chandu is cunning n Chote thakur is a devil…………he shuddered ………….but he has made all arrangements with Sakthi , to come clean on this one………he was not ready to bolt with the cash , as he knew very well that he is as good as dead if chote thakur would hunt him down no matter where he hid…………no , he have to play innocent victim here ……... he was planning to make some gruesome injuries to himself to make his story look real…………… any physical injury is worth a chunk of gold…………..he thought greedily, as he sped towards Drujjan Niwas ……………

He ranted on…………the girl looked at him mockingly ………….'so , u will tell ur co-girls about me …………about how good I am? About how much better I am , than him?' he asked her a threat in his voice ………….the girl looked at him , her expression changing in split sec as she crooned 'ofcourse malik'………….
'that's good' he said throwing a wad of money at her……….the girl scooped it, her eyes glinting in greed …………..'n tell him , when he comes to u again, what a loser he is , compared to me ………..I will give u extra money for that…..' the girl , tossing her hair , said ………' he don't come to us , malik………… he never does ………..' the man looked confused , as the door opened n a woman came in, around 50….. 'oh , Sakthi saab, ur father called ………… n she is still here ' she said indicating the girl , trying to sound saccharine sweet…………..'the time is over n u could come again tomorrow………. Her next customer is waiting …………….. '
'what do u mean , he never comes?' sakthi rounded on the girl , who was getting up from the bed , covering herself in sheets………..' I know that he goes around sleeping with girls all around …………' 'oh yes, malik' the girl answered , as the woman showed him the exit ……….' ….I said he don't come to us ……to a brothel , I mean, to this dirty canals….malik…' Sakthi glared at the girl, still confused , coming out of the room as the next man , a top businessman, tried to get in , eager , his eyes on the girl………..'its us who go to him , malik…………. ' she said her expression tender ………..'n u won't need to pay extra money , malik……I won't be able to tell him how much a man u r, pity ' she sighed …..'he will only have fresh girls…………..u see, he never uses second hand ones' she said mockingly as she closed the door in his face……………..
The elder woman tried not to show her teeth , as sakthi glared at the door, his mouth open…………….. I am better than him…………… I am the criminal lord in UP……….. u wait n watch ………… I will have his gold n he will be going round n round , like a dog , sniffing for it ………n one day I will kill him n he will never know he is dead………just watch ….' He stormed out of the brothel ………….
