Pratigya's winning the case was a done deal. She never loses, in general. Based on the premise of the show, people can lie for a while but they never win in the face of truth. In effect, it's not even just the Saxenas against the Thakurs. It's the conflict of truth versus untruth. As Pratigya wins, the side for which she has fought also wins. Krishna knows SS never backs down, and neither does his wife, but he can't always choose between them because he loves them in different ways. He loves SS for raising him and being his father, and Pratigya for being a different kind of person from what he has ever known before. He is drawn to her inner qualities as well as her beauty. He was ready to leave when Abhimanyu was going to come back, but he thought his father had changed for the better. Now he knows this isn't the case. And on top of that, Shakti is pushing him to the edge. So now he has more incentive.
I haven't seen the show from starting...have started watching from 2-3 months now... But still I cannot believe that krishna is not aware about the nature of his father and how low can he go for his ego...Also in these 3 years of the show, I am sure there have been more than one incidents where Pratigya and Sajjan Singh have clashed with one another, and in the end it was Sajjan who was there at the wrong's end. So I am seriously amazed if he still hopes that he will be able to adjust the viewpoints of both Pratigya and Sajjan Singh or SAJJAN will change someday...
Sajjan Singh hasmade it clear, whether right or wrong, I am the boss and those who doesn't obey can move out...And he can be right for his own reasons
