I agree with you. I remember lawyer asked Tammy, that did he lie in the court, when Tammy asked the lawyer the blood result. Like you said he is digging his own grave. I only hope they don't drag this case for too long.

I dont understand this case at all. Firstly, why isn't the murder going by death of time? Secondly, tanmay is not a eye witness because he did NOT see adarsh getting killed. He just ASSUMED because krishna was standing by him. I could be standing by a dead body, doesnt mean I killed someone. But then why did he says adarsh got murder when he wasn't in the godown? As far as I know, he is not a eye witness. Eye witness is someone who has seen the victim getting killed and as per his words, he wasn't there, so how did krishna kill adarsh?

i think we can't find out the precise time of death , only can assume it is around this time, some minutes less or more ...😕 so that can't actually help ... tanmay entered the scene when K was trying to pull the rod out of adarsh to help him... so he can safely say that K was putting it in ... n that's what he said ... yeah, camera's is a big ally ... but the not all hospitals in India , has this facility ...😊
