Just then, a lawyer and accountant turn up.. they have been summoned by SS.. he takes then to his room... N worried... she drags KN upstairs to SS room and forces him to find out what's going on... KN reluctant but he is forced into room by Naiki... SS scolds KN and tells him to get out... KN stammers a reply and leaves... N berates him and tells him that she will see what's happening... goes to the door and starts listening to convo...

KP room : K sitting on bed... P next to him holding a plate of food.. K says I don't want the food, not hungry... he rages again and says I know everyone was taunting me behind my back... P once again refutes it and says why u thinking such things... K continues and tells her even your life is ruined by staying with me.. you cannot have children bec of me.. P shocked... she hugs K and tells him I only need you in my life and nothing else... P tells him to forget everything and give up his anger.. K's anger dissipates at her words.. looks sad.. P makes him sit down and feeds him.. K looking at her ..

SS room : Lawyer has made SS's will and the Accountant checks it over and says its all OK... SS tells the lawyer that I want to make TN in K's name... my younger son feels that I do not love him... I too behaved badly with him since last several days... I want to make amends.. I want my son K to have TN... Naiki listening, shocked.. Lawyer asks what about yr other son.. SS says he is no good.. I wlll give him the baalu theka and other lands... K is a good man, if he owns this house, he will keep the family together... SS starts putting his thumb sign on the papers...

Naiki desperate to stop him.. Pys comes up behind her with tea & snacks... M takes them from her and says she will serve.. goes into room.. SS annoyed ... M starts serving and then deliberately drops tea on the papers... SS angry.. berates her and tells her to get out.. she goes... SS tells lawyer to re-do the papers quickly... Lawyer replies that the Courts are closed due to Holi, but he will get them done afterwards... Naiki listening, pleased... tells herself that she will make sure that K will never become owner of TN...
