I think she juz thinkin abt samar n krish happyness n how Krish made samar happy, i felt itz a relaxed xpression... I don't think so she is thinkin abt their baby now

i think s that she was thinking that krishna dint change i bit he is like old days and also that he likes to play with kids both made a huge sacrfise and wat they got in return they should focus on their own child and also fights for samar wat is god for him wats bad
