My son was just too excited for school, it was his chance to get away from me. I was the one that cried all the way home😭

Nice topic Uma!
I would have shared 2 stories with you but don't have the strength to type because I have the flu.

Thank god for internet and computer, mine can never come up with excuses. I used to tell him you stay home, you will do mommy works and I will print his grade stuff off right there and then. If he comes up with am sick, I will say tempra and bed no tv or toys, you get a book and read, it works like a charm. Never ask to stay home.😃

Good post ,a_uma 👍🏼. I remember my daughter and I walking 2 school which was nearby. I was hell worried abt her but she was kinda cool and she got into the classroom with xcitement and after 1 hour when i peeped thru the window of her class she got up and tried 2 cum out ignoring the teacher😆. But now after 2 yrs somehow she will manage 2 find xcuses 4 not going 2 school.

I didn't cry on my kids first day of school but they were little upset on their first day. Now they are all grown up my doughter is finshing her last year of bachler degree and my son finished high school time fily so fast some times i wish they were little kids again.

i remember that on my first day to school..i cried so much that the teachers had a hard time controlling me.i was really very afraid of school😆so much afraid that i developed high fever for the next 2 days😆bt that was then...in my school days ,i was so regular that my friends used to fight with me as it came as a hindrance for their planned mass bunk😆i had 100% attendance record nd even got a prize for that😆

n don't remember my 1st day of my school... but i remembered my Chachi's experience of her Son's first day of nursury by ur post... 😊..

actually i didn't understand yday y all the kids r crying at a time...😕... but now i understand by tis post... so it happens in real also.. tats cute...😛...

Great thread. Nice to read all the posts. I still can remember my 1st day at school. I'm a Goody boy so never cried. My dad was with me. He was there until my classes finished. He didn't even sit! He was walking here and there all the time.

But i was very good at making new plans and also act. So everyday i came up with some innovative problems 😆 sometimes plans worked sometimes had to go to school. That was fun. Those are the golden days of life. Won't forget 😃
