Yay!! good for her, the show and the viewers

When one person herself is not satisfied with the role she is playing then better to quit.

Hope though the character will be there and a capable actor will be brought in to play the role

well, this was quite expected anyday now. Monica hasn't been happy doing the mommy role, and her disinterest has been evident in the past few weeks. However I always believe it is better to find a new job then quit the old one.

I feel sorry for her though. She's had a horrible year. Stuck in a job she didn't like, her boyfriend dumped her, that too after ridiculing her publicly, and now she's out of a job. I hope she finds a new role for herself soon. The type she wants.
