17th May - Good episode.
Sound advice Amma, about not meddling in husband and wife matter. If only you'd listen to your own advice it would save you a whole load of heartache you'll get when K finds out about your meddlings between him and his wife.
Mmm... was expecting something more from K-P talk, even if K had not revealed Amma's involvement in his current predicament. But coming to think about it, it was actually quite normal to see Prats as the wife trying her best to lighten the mood, rather than pushing it. Guess she knows that she needs to tread carefully and that it wasn't the right time for 20 questions. Points for Prats in acknowledging that he was busy at the dhaba (concluding that that was why he was late instead of deliberately coming late) and was tired (reason for the outburst). And a very wifey thing to do, first get him into a relaxed mood before questioning him. So she's now realised that Amma has lied about calling Krishna. So that makes it three things she has against Amma. Amma throwing her dahi vada in the trash after saying it's delicious, kicking the dhaba keys after telling Krishna off for throwing it on the floor, and now the fake phone call to Krishna saying he's on his way home.
Look Prats, as much as K loves his food, i think he'll much appreciate a chummi. So give him one already. And Krishna, its pointless to say you'll teach her the meaning of 'distance' cos we folkes aren't gona see anything are we? CVs, we arent asking for a re-enactment of SR, but a toned down version now and again (more again please) will be much appreciated, thank you.
Good that both Krishna and Prats reassured Amma that all was fine between them. Bet that pleased her to no end. Now she's really pissed and will get a lot more aggressive and careless too. She obviously hasn't realised that Prats already has doubts about her and they're pretty much confirmed now. That's right Prats just play along with Amma at her own game. She'll soon reveal her true colours to you.
Loved K-SS feeding scene. Remembered that dialogue SS send to K a while back about never taking your anger out on food. Even better that he feed Prats and that too in front of Amma. She's just plain jealousy that SS never feed her with his own hands.
I think there's something wrong with my hearing, cos I could have sworn SS mentioned 'Guruma'. Are we going to see Guruma joining MKAP once again, hopefully at the puja? Please CVs bring her back. She's a great character and loved her background music (very warrior-woman like). And its fitting that the woman who made K-P marriage possible is there when its just about to crack.
So it's the confrontation tomorrow or thursday. Although she hasn't seen Amma add the black dye, wonder how she'll catch her out. Will Amma be stupid enough to leave the dye pack somewhere that Prats finds it? Or will she see a black stain on her hands or sari? And I guess its right to assume that the whole thing will explode during the puja, just like with the other havens. Will there ever come a day that a havan or puja goes smoothly in TN?
