Thread originator Tanthsji😃

A quick question about the new format/threads.

Does this mean a new thread with the same title with be created for every episode? Or do we continue on the same thread for the entire week? If so, wouldn't there be too many pages to sift through for those staying current with posts?

Does this mean if and when I post a thread I do it here?🤓🤔😕😕😕😉

Yesterdays episode continued to show the crumbling feudal order, contemporary ideas have begun to make inroads into the haveli ....and the initiator of this modern thoughts was found in her room scribbling over a plain paper ..What was she writing with so much absorbtion..and what is the sudden switch from a fiery amazon to a soft and meek angel..Are the CV's setting up the scene for the breakdown..for if and when it ocurs a soft and quiet Pratigya will make for an effective portrayal than an strident Pratigya ...SIDE NOTE : We witnessed the same Pratigya before the court scene too....

Kesar seems to stride confidently towards being an empowered woman ..she has got financial independence now [ for only a short while though] ..will this be the capital that will increase her fortune or just a flash in the pan ..her decision to abort the child is debatable..on the one hand , the Cv's have tried to convey that Kesar has begun to make decision's on her own , she is in control of her body but o by opting for abortion , fearing the persecution of Thakur's..she is reduced to being a helpless female again..

Amma seems to be having many things on her plate .. Two young daughter's inlaw chewing on the bit, A Mother In law who has discovered her voice and has developed a liking for over ruling Amma's diktata, Two grown men reliving juvenile days and an old beaten man for a husband...she is handling them all, with aplomb and managing the house with great tact ...In fact she is the glue that is holding this house from collapsing ..she is maintaining or trying to maintain an order amidst the chaos that comes when the system is in flux..

Krishna is coming apart..slowly but surely , his nerves are wearing thin, he is quick to take umbrage, gets defensively offensive ..His normal unflappability , his good humor is in abeyance ..He is steadily but ruthlessly being pushed into corner..There are only two options for him ..fight or surrender ..

Shakthi has finally began to articulate his inner most feelings..he has watched over the years his younger brother being pampered, he has resented this and has expressed his resentment , only to be shut down...but like any acid that corrodes the iron and wears it down..Resentment and jealousy has worn Shakthi's patience thin..He has begun to speak and Haveli has begun to develop fissures..will Shakthi stop before everything crumbles..or is this a motion deigned to destroy all ..

Time will tell ..

wah!!!!👏👏......cant agree with u more....😃.i'll post my views here later.coz nw i dont get anything afresh.....

Hi guys
I had hoped that Kesar's family would be introduced, of course they'd have a good excuse for being absent from their daughter's life all these years, and they'd be the sort we'd sit up and take notice of. nothing like the saxes or the mathurs, but maybe the sort who assumed kesar's marriage would be better if they kept out of her life, but would be disgusted when they found out the hell she's been through and would want answers from KN and co.
I'd hoped that would have taken the focus off the saxes and their pathetic paranoia over komal gaining adarsh's love. Even if Tunna and Chandu's families are gradually introduced that would also be a welcome respite, cos though admittedly the thakurs are great actors, but the dialogue starts to wear thin sometimes.
Over the months we've all alternately moaned or laughed about nainaji's crying, but it seems that the cvs feel its a compulsory requirement for each episode, there's no end in sight for them.
The show needs some new energy or recharging some ppl's batteries.

A few posters have questioned why is it that some of us say Krishna has changed since SR🤔.

Here is the way I see it. Let's look at the Krishna before and after SR.
Let's remember what Krishna said of himself to his Bauji "humko katin kaam karne mey bahut mazaaa aatha hai".

Before SR

All his life he was handed life on a silver platter by his family, spoiling him rotten and giving into his every whim and fancy.

One look at Prats and Krishna pursued her like a man on a mission
He was confident, daring, let nothing stand in the way of his goal of making Prats his wife, except Prats wasn't making it easy on him. He was facing the "Katin kaam" of his life to date. He was very creative in his pursuit of her never taking the eye off Prats literally and figuratively.
After marriage, Prats dropped the big bomb of rejection on his head
He never gave up, he bounced back every time, he was persistent, faced the insults and push backs time and again but took the challenge with confidence.
He was frustrated at times but he never gave up until she admitted I LUB YOU KRISHNA (saat times by the way😉)
The very next day came his budday celebrations that ended with SR.

Post SR

Krishna started following Prats around like a love-sick puppy. Button-sewing, tanda tanda paani, you get my drift😉
He was back to the Krishna living on easy street with a wife who didn't get along with his family
There was nothing to engage his mind, no purpose in life other than to live like a idle king
He sees his purpose in life as being Prats's caretaker in that jungalee family.
Unless there is a mission that threatens his or Prats's very existence Krishna will continue to sit around and give every excuse he can drum up for not making a living.
He needs a katin kaam to rise to the occasion one that gets his adrenal rushing and he rises like the Phoenix to take on the challenge.

Let's see who or what creates this katin kaam in his life that lights the fire under him to get back to being the confident young man he once was.

One glaring difference in Krishna post marriage is his lack of self-confidence. Before SR he was King Krishna in his own mind. No one questioned or dared to take him on. His family let him call the shots and do as he pleased. He came home to hit the sack for the night and loitered around town with his friends Tunna and Chandu in tow.

After marriage, Prats had her laundry list of dos and don't s. Grudgingly he towed the line if that earned him brownie points with her in his mission to win her love. In the process like a little child that is constantly told he is wrong, his thinking is wrong, his choices are wrong, Krishna also started to buy into Prats's claims and believe he was unpud and therefore didn't know much. After all she was the padi-liki Prats and like a fool in love he gave into her theories and suppressed his own thinking. This has eroded his self-confidence slowly but surely. When a child is constantly berated and put down for who he is or what he does, self-doubt creeps in and you see him/her become person lacking in self-confidence and insecure about life.

Krishna is right about one thing, his life did change all bec' of Prats but not in the way he is interpreting it to take the pressure off him. Prats has barely appreciated him or his talents ........... we could count the times she has on one hand. She never encouraged him to make good use of his time or do something worthwhile with his time. Saving Kesar's life was the first time she genuinely appreciated the man. (I have my standards for saying it's the first time of course😃). Prats depended on Krishna to fend off her sasural, so Krishna earning a living was never a priority until SS and SDS started to poke him about it with their taunts. Didn't Prats want Krishna to earn his keep all along? How much responsibility does Prats bear in this situation?

Yesterday, it was clearly shown that Adarsh has taken a liking for black money and now that there is no such majboori which is egging him to do so...Will he or CVs be brave enough to make Saxe take responsibility for their crimes and not in such a way that it is someone else fault..

How is Nainaji any differently from amma in the respect that she wants her son to remain with her and not forge a relationship with his wife..Sure her tactics have not been open abuse but her jealousy is visible and it is her jealousy which is creating the rift within that family...

Adarsh is no different to Krishna [future track] that he lied about how he got the promotion and his love for bribe to his wife and family...To me K has certain mitigating reason to be less truthful than Adarsh..

I cant believe I did a whole post on Saxes but I dont think at the moment there is anything more to add about Takurs....😆

Is there any joy in the Saxes for anything in life? After a year Adarsh finally willingly wants to go out with his wife (and his family of course but Komal hung up before she heard him😆) so why is Naina playing green eyed monster.

My personal opinion watching relatives ...........very few sasumas like to see their betas enjoy an evening or do anything with their wife that doesn't include the rest of the family. It's not a pervasive thing and only causes friction.

Saxes could never think prosperous thoughts. It's always we can't afford it or what's the need for it when we don't need it. I loved what Komal said to them recently.........."sometimes you spend just for the joy of spending and buying something you want". She has lived life enjoying what it has to offer and she's bent on making sure the Saxes don't ruin her attitude.

Adarsh is one boring dude. Can't he muster some joy when he tells Komal they'll be eating out? Was Naina making faces and sharing glances with Dadi bec' Komal got excited about eating non-bej or was it the general idea?

Hard to get excited about a family of Saxsenas when you have

Dadi - Sniveling Saxsena
Shamu - Shivering, Shuddering Saxsena
Naina - Sobbing Saxsena
Adarsh - Sighing, Sourface Saxsena
Komal - Steering Saxsena
Arushi - Sharp-tongue Saxsena

Last few weeks I've simply avoided watching Sax..................FF. I will rarely watch if I see Komal.
I missed the scene about the dinner date....................had I seen it I might have scooped out Nainaji's eyes with a spoon.
The Sax family is supposedly never wrong .....so what message are the cvs trying to convey? That going out with your husband is a no no and that Adarsh is wrong in taking his wife out to dinner. Wait.................. I think the blood vessels in my brain are ready to burst😡😆

Mera,

I find the Saxes to be arrogant educates...To me they have no humbleness and believe that they are the only sanskaari family who live by rights and wrongs, and anyone who does not follow their thinking and thought pattern are looked down upon...

Komal is liked when she defends the family, defends Adarsh and tows the line....As soon as she has a different view which differs from their thinking she is made to shut up and made to be a total stranger in her own house...

If the TV was so important to dadi why did she wait till Komal bought the TV and not at the time when Adarsh decided to buy it…Could she not have said what she said to Komal to Adarsh….

Saxes are narrow minded people who refuse to embrace others and look from other's POV..Even Pratigya has the same trait I feel….She needs to be more open minded and learn from others and not believe she knows all the answers.
