Prats is reflecting upon her next course of action. She rewinds the DVD in her visual memory bank and replays it. Images of a smiling man who's skin tone matches the color of his car grinning in glee at a dark haired woman seated by his side disturbs her. She notices Krishna's cell phone on the table. She decides on her plan of action and calls the infamous A-man. After the initial small talk Prats innocently drops the bomb "I think I may have seen you at Civil Lines today". Could the whitewashed face of Aman have gone any paler? Thank goodness he wasn't wearing a white shirt. He weasels his way out with a story of his own. "I think you must be mistaken. I actually was at your parents to apologize for the events at the engagement but got into an argument with Komal and things got worse". Prats starts "I am really sorry if my bhabhi said anything to hurt your feelings. Prats those are the words that Aman is going to have to cough up pretty soon in humiliation. I also want to apologize for mistakenly thinking it was you at Civil Lines after seeing someone else". Prats is not convinced with lying lawyerwa's alibi. She calls her maike to confirm the story. Nainaji not only corroborates SCAM's story but assures her all izz well at the Saxes. Nainaji you should have said "for now". The biggest explosion you can imagine is already gaining heat, it won't be long before it all blows sky high. How will the Saxes punish Aman when the truth comes to light? Throw hardcover law books at him? When Aman repeatedly said "sachchai ka saat dena" seems like he meant SUCH (aisa) CHAI ka saat dena''..after all he is a chai lover and he never refused a free cup at the Saxes ever.
Krishna walks out of the newly attached bathroom, toweling his wet hair. He notices Prats lost in her thoughts. Watching her for a few seconds and realizing she was oblivious to his presence he shakes his head and sprays her face with moisture from his hair. It reminded me of dogs shaking their heads to ward off moisture after a dip in the water. This snaps Prats out of her pondering. Krishna wants to know "is there anything lacking in my love that you are thinking about your family. What is it that they say "when you live by the sea why wonder about fish. Drawing her arms to rest on his shoulder he promised her "Tell me how much love you want, I'll heap bucketfuls of it on you then you won't think of mumma papa". Prats teases him "with you everything is just love, love". Baba dabs the moisture off her face and asks "Anything wrong with loving? What a LALLANTOP QUESTION, BABA👍🏼! Anyways, I am right here and I will keep love alive. And if I can keep it going gaadi going I'll do just this and tie myself to your pallu day and night. Neither am I letting you get away from me nor am I going anywhere. Did I say something wrong?" Nope, Baba! Pyar seems to be the only thing on your agenda when Prats hated you and even now when she loves you. Doesn't make a difference to you at all. It's now crystal clear why Baba never talked back to Takurain when she taunted him to hold his mehraroo's pallu and follow her. Looks like he took her seriously and loved the idea. After all he doesn't have much else to entertain him or keep him busy these days.Someday soon you may have to find something more than loving your wife before she gets tired of you.😉😳😛
Across their room KN is focused on yanking few grey hairs of this head. Wonder how that's going to affect his already messed up brain? Looks like he's getting used to grooming himself with care for his soon to be new bride some day. Kesar walks in and wants to have a word with him. Kesar finally reaches for his hands, seats him down and begins "I know you are going to get remarried. I wont' stop you. Don't I mean anything to you after being your wife all these years? When a person tends to an animal, he falls in love with that animal. KN is irritated "I don't get it, give it to me straight". She just referred to you as an animal and you are too dense to realize it. Now do you get it?😲 "As your wife what is lacking in me, why don't you love me? Whatever it is I am lacking I will try to make it up to you. You can get remarried but don't leave me. Tell me how can a woman live without her husband? I know you are doing all this so you have your vaaris. I don't have a problem with someone else doing that. But please don't take my rights as your wife away from me. To get your love I will do anything". How pathetic and sad all at once! KN burst out laughing. For a while there it looked like her words may have touched him on a deeper level and there was a caring look reflecting a heart that had felt a new emotion for the first time, the initial sparks reflecting on his face something we had never seen before. Is KN hiding his true feelings behind his laughter? He reverts to his usual self abuses her verbally and tells her to dance for him if she is so bent on pleasing him and doesn't intend to share his bed. Then he walks out on her. Kesar why are you letting him trample on your self respect time and again. Grow a spine now and stand for your self-esteem if nothing else.
Jai has a flashback of Komal throwing her chappal at him. His friends mock him about the incident and he vows that he will teach Komal a lesson she won't forget all her life. "Watch I do to that village girl". How did Jai's friends find out about this humiliating incident if not from him? The Mathur boys seem to have a strong association with "joota". Jai gets hit by a joota, while Aman is living a joota life😕. Wonder what version of "joota" shows up in Gaurav's life!😲
Takurain and SS are happily packaging gifts for their fantasy grandchild Just then Komal walks in and personally announces "I am not going to be a mother". The Takurs are in shock. Thank goodness, Krishna and Prats are no where near the rest of them. Krishna may be busy fulfilling his promise of showering his love on his beloved beebi Prats. Komal reiterates "I am never going to be a mother all thanks to IG's son Jai who got my husband off his bike and on his tum-tum and destroyed my life". Takurain laments "what kind of day are we seeing that first it was Kesar and now Komal"? The ever so practical Komal laid it into her mother about her faltu notanki. "No point in talking to God now. She turns to SS "Whoever did this to my husband should be punished for his actions. So I came to you." SS tells Komal "I understand your difficulty Komal, but I can't do anything about it bec' of the unfavorable tail wind behind us now, just try to understand". A very disappointed Komal turns her anger on her father "I didn't come here today thinking you will try to explain things to me and send me back. It feels strange to me that the man who was larger than life is today scared of the IG's son". SS is unable to look his daughter in the eye and pleads with her to let it go. When Komal approaches him KN says he wants to help her but SS doesn't approve of it. Komal angered by their refusal to help her she slings a few insults "looks like the mard of this house have become aurath, wear bangles and sindoor and sit down. You can only scare your wives and workers and beat them up. You are good for nothing else. I will get my revenge for what happened to me all on my own". Takurji, first Krishna and now Komal. They have both given the truth to you straight. At least now please open your eyes now and see the error of your ways and start changing your ways. It's not too late. Takurain tries to stop her and pleads with SS to help Komal but the young Takur girl is ready to take matters into her own hands. She shirks off her mothers's hands and heads out. SS seems confident in his daughter's capacity to handle matters on her own and tells Takurain to let Komal go. KN is frustrated. Well, KN you know it's all those cases against you and your father that has tied your Takur hands right now and made you toothless tigers at the moment. Komal finds a jeep with a key in the ignition parked on the property and takes off. The guards rush in to inform SS after Komal's takes off in the jeep. What a hilarious sight ''Komal in braids and saree taking off in a jeep.😆
At Mumfordgunj, Saxes are worried about Komal's disappearance. After a pareshaan discussion they decide to wait for her return rather than call the Niwas and face the wrath of SS. Meanwhile, elsewhere, Komal makes sure she has Jai's attention before she steps on the gas and speeds towards her waiting target Jai Bro who was defiantly waiting like a dumb duck in the middle of the road. She vows to put him in the same tum-tum he had landed her husband in. But as she gets closer the jeep veers out of control and runs smack into a tree. Komal's head lands on the steering wheel and she it is yet unknown if she is just hurt or has passed out. Oh no! Not amnesia to get Adarsh to pay attention to Komal. Phleeeze! Been there, seen that! POPs let's see something original.
Preview: Arushi calls Aman on his cell phone. Lying lawyer launda checks the caller ID and decides to ignore his fiancee's call. He places the phone on the nightstand, turns to his right with a smile, reaches over and places a kiss on the forehead of the woman sleeping next to him. Seems like amorous Aman has been caught with his hand in the cookie jar. Could this tall tale-telling two-timer have a girl in every neighborhood like a sailor with a chick in every port?
MERA's MIND-TEASERS: Today, Mera's mind has been in a muddled maze with some mysterious possibilities. At the breakfast table Nandhini bhabhi suggested the name of her mama's daughter, Neha as a potential bride for Aman and none of the names of the other girls she claimed to have lined up for him had he not chosen Arushi from Mumfordgunj. Could this girl in Aman's bed be Neha? There was also a reason why IG Mathur left the breakfast table before Aman got the mysterious call. The Comm. of police would have snuffed his home grown rat out in a heartbeat.
Is Aman a married man who had no intentions of marrying Arushi all along? Could it be that he created this diraama by going for an engagement with a young, clueless girl and an equally clueless family that believes everything they hear as the truth? As Adarsh once said "lying to these people is a sin". Is this the two-faced laywer's twisted tale concocted by him for the express purpose of bringing his real bride into the open and forcing his family to accept a girl they normally wouldn't as his wife.
