A suggestion......soak almonds overnight in water, peel off skin and eat them first thing in the morning, much better quality of protein that way.

Some, yes. But I was recently told soaking almonds and eating it releases the best quality protein. You are supposed to have a fist full of almonds a day. That has been my snack of choice for a few years now. A few almonds early in the morning is good for the brain.
