I'm wide awake. I had almonds with pecans today. I might add raisins tomm so I can get some sweetness.

A suggestion......soak almonds overnight in water, peel off skin and eat them first thing in the morning, much better quality of protein that way.

I was waiting for you in my skyscraper for a long time all night but you were otherwise busy. You can always call me in my skyscraper😉, if I am awake I'll be here.😆 I love sleeping in the spaceship as it zips through the universe.

Mera, I had 4 egg whites and protei shake with a banana in the morning for breakfast. I just had my usual 830am nuts snacks. Enough protein for the day.

Tanthya is accusing me of being shaktiya. I'm more close of being kesar than shakthi. Tanthya ko badam khila aur Samjha!
