My 2 cents.
I can understand Krishna's stand vis-a-vis Pratigya at this critical juncture. He has known Prats for maybe 6 months and he is being asked to completely abdicate all his filial relations in one go. Just as it is hard for a parent to accept and acknowledge that child can be evil, it is equally painful for a child to come to terms with the fact that his mother could be a cold-blooded killer. Giive him some time.. he will come around.
My gripe is with the Krishna-Kesar relationship dynamics. Here is a woman who has been nothing but warm, loving, caring to him like an elser sister, lent a sympathetic shoulder when Krishna wanted to off-load his anguish during the separation track and was the only staunch albeit mute supporter of Kriya in that household. But, when a crisis like this assails Kesar, where he has been told that Kesar has not only lost her most-cherished object in her life but also in an emotionally and physically devastated state, Krishna does not even bother and go and stand next to her to offer his sympathies? He is wracked by guilt and pain at the thought of his mother's forthcoming tussle with law but he is not moved even a little bit to at least lend some kind words to Kesar, who right now has no one except Prats as her well-wisher? Even a pet who has been in someone's house for a few years elicit more concern and support from the household members.
Krishna is purported to be a diamond in the rough.. a conscientious, morally strong and humane person.. someone who is an anti-thesis to the cruel and vile members of his family. So, his current callous indifference towards the plight of a defenceless, shattered family member does not show him in a good light. I blame the Cvs for this.

lovely post...n i agree that krishna is not wrong.....my take on it is a little different....krishna will always support pratz n he will do so this time also...but what will he do if kesar doesnt stand up??
its not krish's decision anymore...kesar is the one who has to choose the kind of life she wants...she is the one who should open up n tell krishna what amma n shakti actually did to her...
@DG-i totally agree that differences do come between husband n wife ...n if they take side it doesnt mean that their love is fake....

DG Well said. My sympathies are for Kesar but I just find it difficult to comprhend how people can't understand his predictment. Have to agree with you that its easy for some people to discard their family when they are accused of a crime in a moment. I thgt it is natural for human beings to go through contridictions when they have to choose between the right or wrong when the person involved is someone you love. There are people who say Krishna has never thgt much of his family member's feelings which is quite true but is it the same thing as sending ones own brother and mother to prison.
Another thing which amazes me is how every time he expresses a different point of view to Pratigya his love for her is questioned. As you say people involved in a relationship will have a different POV one might not agree with the other but that doesn't mean you cease to love them. I am thankful that its a drama.
KC,
Yes amazing to think there are people who will throw aside parents in a heartbeat!😃
And once again Krishna is damned either way. Poor guy can't seem to ever get any benefit of the doubt. That he can't even have a difference of opinion at all without being villified and labelled as a 'user' or has to walk on tip toes around her...the same could be applied to P - why isn't she tip toeing around K? after all their love being new and all is applicable to both.
In real life, many things happen and couples are on the opposite side or ends but it will be the height of ridiculousness to suggest 'oh now the love is gone'....!!
I just hope K is given the time to process everything and he is comfortable with the decision made, not pushed or interefered by an outside source..otherwise he would always have a question mark on his mind about surety of his mother's arrest...
Agree with u r POV..... Krishna has proven over and over and over his love for Prats.... if he does not agree with Prats on some issues it does not mean he does not love her or is using her...

I completely agree with you Krishna;s reaction is not incorrect in fact it is natural for any man to find it hard to accept that his mother could be an accomplice in the murder of an innocent unborn child. People are naturally inclined to believe that their loved ones could never kill no matter how bad they may be, and in this situation we are talking about a mother one who gives life it's hard for a child to believe she is also capable of taking a life. Krishna needs some time to sort out his confusion and understand things from prats POV as of now his family has emotionally blackmailed him it will take some time before he is able to think more clearly and ask himself why would prats take such drastic measures if his mother was completely innocent. Eventually he will come around and support what is right.

I don't have a problem with his reaction but with his behavior and how easily he seems to have overlooked Kesar's grief. I don't expect him to put his mother in jail but I had expected him to show some concern towards the only women in the family a part from G dadi who ever understood him despite the circumstances who supported him, and questioned him when she felt he was incorrect. He loves his mother but what about his relation with Kesar it's sad to see him so consumed in his own problems to show no concern or sympathy towards her loss. Amma is his mother she gave him life but what about the women who may never be able to give birth due to his family members. I know he feels bad for her but now is the time to portray his emotions and lessen her grief by supporting her in her time of need. I am not saying he needs to put his parents in jail but before it's too late he needs to see the obvious and understand why prats felt the need to take this issue so far because according to me at the moment neither prats or Krishna are completely wrong both simply see things differently. But prats is able to understand Krishna's dilemma where Krishna must sort out his confusion and see the bigger picture.

Yes his indifference to Kesar's loss does not make sense the CV's should have paid attention to this aspect of the issue as well !

Hi Meera Di 😊

Although I agree with you he will most likely be forced to face Kesar today, but will it be the same if he had gone before it would have been much more sincere and purely out his concern for her condition. I know he cares about her and may have needed strength to face her but if he goes today a part from concern it will also be because he wants something from her yes her condition as well as her reaction may have an affect on him but the fact remains that he will be forced to go to her because he wants to protect his family. Just my POV !
