I don't think this will lead to a court case bec' SS will put the kabaash on it bec' of his election plans. Wish Krishna had overheard SS and Amma letting KN off the hook . It would have been a showdown to watch. But whatever it is the time will come when he will leave the house disillusioned and devastated that his family would want to kill his jaan.
