I never said Krishna is insecure..I said he is at logger heads ...Krishna will support her ...no doubts about that !!

Now ... about waiting for Krishna to react .. there was no time ... Kesar's situation is an evidence of the horrific crime committed against her any delay in reporting it would only harm her case .. Pratigya did the right thing and Aman did the right thing by helping her file the case with DIG ... Pratigya did tried to contact Krish .. Sorry Pratigya is not at fault at all there ..

Not at all, The complaint can be made even after 3 days ..the bruises has to be visible..what u are talking about is rape ..where there is a fear of not getting accurate DNA if left for long ...this is not only about right thing ..this is also about ur duty as a wife..when you are going to take an action against ur husbands mother..it would be the right thing to inform the husband,give him a chance to set things right and go forward when he fails to do so..but taking a big step without considering the reaction and feelings of her hubby , not passing to reflect on the impact this will have on everyone ....not asking whether Kesar is willing to fight simply expecting everyone to fall in line cos she is right !!!what naivety??

ANd now about Kesar permission .. because she is the victim here .. She was in no state to react .. she had just lost her baby ... So Pratigya had to take charge .. and this could happen that Kesar might refuse to press charges .. knowing Kesar's mindset of fear and the way she has been raised ... But Kesar has to understand that Domestic violence never stops .. today she has lost her baby .. tomorrow she can loose her life and then it will be too late ... It is kesar who has to find courage and fight ...

SHakti and Amma needs to be punished .. atleast some sort of repentance ... so atleast they think twice next time ... they hit a woman ..

secondly..it has been said that Kesar has lost everything now..so she has not got anything to lose ..she must fight ..I beg to differ..Kesar still has her life , she still is surviving..she survived 4 deaths, she will survive this too ....[I just hate this boundaries employed on women..why is it considered that motherhood is the ultimate achievement of woman, if she does not have a motherhood, then she is incomplete ,or has lost everything..woman are human too, they too have a life beyond being a wife or a mother..Motherhood is not a be all and end all of woman ,woman have achieved a lot without being a mother, A woman's life is her own and cannot be judged on the parameters of being a good wife or a exemplary Mother ]and where will she live ?? At Sax house ....in some shelter or at her Husband's house ...and do you think , she will be looked on benevolently if she continues her case ....and if she chooses Shelter, will she be allowed to leave and live ??.....Kesar has to think of many things before she can take any action...and If she is ready to go ahead , then she must be ready to face the consequence ....I am still not sure whether she is ready for that ,,,,and pushing her now into a course when she is not ready will only destroy her..She has to fight ,the rage ,the will,the determination has to come from within her ..Pratigya has to be the motivator , the voice of conscience and not the warrior fighting on behalf of the victim..esp when the victim is uncaring about the outcome...

I will support PRatigya, when Kesar wants to fight and Pratigya stands by her ...

Pratigya is idealistic without being realistic...Time to temper her character and make it a bit practical,realistic and aware .....and sensitive to all and not to selective few !!
