In this case perhpas SP did not want to pay the monies anymore when the scene is aired overseas so they just slapped on some other music.....it is the most likely explanation.

I am from the UK but I had switched to watching the episodes online instead of on TV a while back without missing a single episode! 😉 Personally, I prefer the original music. I feel that Jag Sona Sona Lage song matches the situation perfectly. It must be because of copyright reasons.

we had the same discussion in geet forum. Geet is aired on starone but the background music was changed of the episodes aired overseas i.e. uk /usa.

the songs used were of movies /music video, when we posted a question on this the CVs replied on their FB that it was due to copyrights issues!!

it's good we have the episodes uploaded on u-tube or on starplayer!!😛

i dont think so they change the backround music.....but i am not sure they might have changed it...

Yeah I noticed too.. Thought I was wrong. It's a shame they're doing this, the whole essence of the scene changes with the background score changing. Why do such things.. I've noticed this in a lot of other serials too... Seem to change the background score or completely cut out a particular scene that has some importance in the serial..

ure right i watch the england version aswell and sometimes the background music is difefrent. i watch the indian version aswell coz i'm sooooo hoooooked to this program.

Yeah definitely! But what can we do? I hardly watch them on telly now anyway, end up watching it on YouTube.. As to me it feels as though I'm not watching the serial but something else
