True! I think its a lot like the situation with the kidnapping incident - see, we as the viewers KNEW that Krishna did NOT do it and so we loved him until he commited some sinful acts, but Pratigya who did not know these things hated him ..... Similarly, we as the viewers are aware that Pratigya has fallen for Krishna but Pratigya might still be unaware of the intensity of her feelings for Krishna!!! Did I confuse u?😕😆 Nyways, its definitely a step TOWARDS Pratigya loving Krishna!!!

@ bold-underlined: Exactly! Being a goon and mawali, he always used to FORCE his wishes on everyone around him! Being uncivilized and uneducated, he treated women as pair ki joothi! IF Pratigya did fall for Krishna, its definitely NOT for those bad-qualities of his!!!

BEFORE Pratigya came to know about the culprit behind the k-incident, she did not have NY hope that Krishna COULD be something OTHER than a forceful goon! BUT AFTER she came to know about it, she got SOME hope that there is a CHANCE that Krishna might not be AS rotten AS his father or brother!!! So thats WHAT changed in Pratigya! As for WHAT changed in Krishna, his next entry will probably shed some light on his CHANGED characteristics and I can bet that he wont be the SAME Krishna as he was BEFORE he came face to face with reality!
