Education alone doesn't guarantee logic and common sense.
The Prof. flip flops like a fish out of water, this family is confused about how to live in the real world. They have poor understanding on how to handle relationships. It's never that cut and dry. Compromise is the name of the game. If there is a crisis in a relationship that could be a matter of life and death do they really think that all these ideals and principles will really matter at that point?
Adarsh is angry that Komal was taken away from her home against her wishes. Yet he failed as a husband and man to stand up for his wife as Komal rightly pointed before she left to ask her to stay. Why was it Komal's place to argue with her family that it was her home and wouldn't leave? In the past when SS took Komal home during Prats's pag-phere he asked Adarsh's permission to do so. As her husband who has started to warm up to her now what was his problem in saying his wife was going to stay at her sasural and he didn't give two pennies about what was happening in Pratigya and Krishna's marriage. What a wimp and a wuss!
Dadi had one point in today's episode when she told Adarsh.............you didn't listen and decided to get married now you complain about being unable to breathe in your own home. Right on! The old woman may talk a lot of nonsense but once in a while a gem drops out of her mouth. 😛
Pratigya and her family are sitting on their pride and refusing to budge. Pratigya owes her in-laws an apology not for all the reasons she mentioned. She owes them an apology for insulting her in-laws in front of her parents by saying she was leaving their home. There were plenty of opportunities to speak the truth on more than one occasion. Why wait till she had an audience for her theatrics to out the lie and then insult her in-laws a the same time. For that she does owe them an apology not for wanting to leave their house so much as for choosing to humiliate them in the presence of her family and who knows how many other guests. Tacurse have their pride.
If Prof. was so grounded in his principles why was he so pareshaan when Krishna said keep your daughter at home.😲 Looks like Nainaji had laryngitis today, no words of wisdom or common sense from her either.😕
As usual there was so much drama overArushi cutting her hand. The whole family was over dramatizing it. Yet she sat quietly in the doctorwa's office with Prats. It wasn't a big deal then? What a contrast to Krishna sneaking in at night with a chaako wound and handling it all simply with garam paani, haldi and tel. For a moment there I thought she was going to suggest it when Arushi freaked out about going to the hospital😉
The doctorwa has no personality and is the perfect match for Arusiwa. The two lack chemistry. Perfect match for Ariswa though, she is rude and annoying and he's dull and boring.
