may be they want to send across a message (in a very twisted way of course) bec. it is a harsh reality of life that few people think that such kind of behavior from a husband is OKAY ..even the girl's families sometimes don't support her bec. they feel it's alright since he's her husband 🤢 😡 our law supports women completely but the cases which come out in open is just..may be.. 10%........there r so many cases of educated & rich women narrating tales of domestic violence but never had the courage to come out in open or call it quits ! we can never imagine what their majboori is...

krishna is what he is...but a major disappointment in the storyline acc. to me remains that Pratigya is not shown strong enuf to combat ppl. like krishna and her in laws...she's shown to be adjusting to her in laws..take nonsense from her MIL, support kesar..then she should as well stand up for her rights and bring out krishna's lie in front of his family...she should set an example for all the women out there who went through this torture , so that they gather some courage to SPEAK ! now if they show she accepts krishna , then what's the point of showing all these stories? 🤢

very true; brushing over a discussion by saying that it is a fiction is very wrong...

maybe the CVs are trying to show what actually happens with most women, girls are still taught to adjust, compromise with every thing tht happens in their sasural... so we still encounter news of marital rape, abuse, violence, murder!

maybe, if Prats would have married out of love/choice n then suffered such a behaviour, she would have retaliated, but here she has married to keep her family safe n thus can't risk being thrown out of the marriage just coz she spoke her mind!
I've read some members stating that if she is so much in trouble why doesn't she divorce him? haven't they been watching the show from Day 1.??

I have had enough of people bashing Krishna for rape which he has not committed YET ! I have had enough of people bashing prats for not being supportive of Krishna and thereby leading him to this !!

What I had not seen in any threads so far was the outright condemntaion of Krishna's assault on Pratigya yesterday ,So what if she was his wife ,So what if she was his eternal love ...what he did on friday was outright condemnable ....A fact which seems to have escaped many women ... I was surprised to find a lot of women taking the attitude that 'SHE' deserved IT ....I think these girls do not have any inkling of how humiliating it is to abused [be it physical or verbal ] , How terrorizing it is not to know when your spouse is going to let loose ...How utterly helpless and guilty they feel when other women ,her family ,her friends justify this saying that 'you are a woman ,supposed to a kshamaya dharithiri ,for the sake of your families honour ,prestige ,you have to continue in this relationship ,.......and I think this serial is trying to break established rules and regulation's ...and trying to show those families that acting out of the protocol does not mean breaking the barrier ,it is merely fighting for your basic rights..,


But I do have a grouse against Pratigya too ...she is a doormat !!! and is not a fiery Durga ,,,she should have given right back ,when her MIL splashed water on her face ....She should have fought back ,when her FIL , Guruma asked them many times over to say the truth ..She should have pushed Shakthi aside when he blocked her path in the hospital scene ,she should have reprimanded Shakthi when he was taking a long time in tying the chain across Aarushi's neck ...but all these occassion's ahe stood behind and expected Krishna to bail her out ,which he did !!Now when he knows that she is incapable of any individual action ,he will quite naturally bully her ...

Even a cornered rat fights back ferociously before dying ...Pratigya should remember this ..

I must say one thing ,Arhan behl is one terrific actor ...he makes us hate him or love him with consummate ease ....We certainly cannot ignore him
