Prats will learn with time that a marriage is a very unique relationship. But first she has to recognize she is married to Krishna and stuck with him for life (unless she's prepared for divorce). The same rules don't really work like in other relationships - parents, siblings, friends,etc. As I heard recently....Dhil ke rishte ko, koon ke rishta se jiyada maan hota hai. How true!
The Indian woman have been for centuries taught and programmed to look at the husband as Pati Parameswar.đ˛ đđThe anger, hurt, blame and all other faltu emotions become meaningless when something even bigger is at stake. The need to be righteous goes out the door - why is it that it takes a threat of losing something of value that the heart needs to open one's eyes to what matters most. A recent quote I read says it all :Love doesn't come with an expiration date. Wah! How true! Revenge surely has an expiration date, even if used prior to it, for it can be poisonous to the soul of the one seeking it.
Let's say Prats goes for a few months getting her revenge on Krishna for his actions which started with the marriage. Let's even say she is justified in seeking revenge for discussion's sake. How long and how far will she want to go, how much more pain and hurt does she want him to feel before she feels satisfied she accomplished her mission? When will it be enough? Revenge is like walking down a dark area not knowing there is a deep black hole waiting to swallow you alive just a step or two away.
Also, do strong women actually waste a lot of energy going down the road of revenge/teaching a lesson?
How long do you think they will keep Krishna and Prats in this fall out mode? As Professor Saheb said to Adarsh, living together even the bitter relationships can change for the better.
