They lived for almost two years around indus area together, alone except his army and advisors who were helping him consolidating his gains. Two years is enough to know if your partner is worthy of your affections. This girl grew extremely possessive of him. She couldn't bear to see him with other women. Seeing her condition he never let Agramahishi meet Helena otherwise it would be absolute chaos. Agramahishi had all the legal rights as she was considered the legitimate queen of the emperor. He never let Helena realise she was just a secondary queen.

No matter what Chandragupta would do, he would never marry and have a kid with his daughter in law 🤢😡 Seleucus did this to save his son's life though and he knew he would be hated for this so he called a huge meeting with his army and said whatever a king decides is for the best 🙄😒 He loved Antiochus too much 😒 he did everything to give his fascinating toy even when he was rebuked and abhorred for his decision 🙄 Some scholars opine Seleucus hated Demetrius and thats why he wanted to insult him using Stratonice 🙄😒 oh well

Seleucus is much darker than I thought smiley18

I thought him to be helpless king like Raja bharmal who had to give his daughter as war prizesmiley18

But yeh to lusty Buddha niklasmiley37

Was Helena this much stupid not to know the truth by herself?😆

Seems like Devi's character is inspired by real Helena smiley37

He married Startonice to get more children as he wanted more children from a legitimate queen and Apama was too old to bear children. Also he wanted kids from a fully Greek woman of prestigious family. So it was more a strategic decision than out of lust. But he demanded aphrodisiacs from Chandragupta and he also sent it to him. Now you judge 🤣🤯 it also shows Seleucus and Chandragupta were a lot closer than what people think 🤣

She realised it to some extent but Chandragupta kept her with love and care and respected her very much. More than what she deserved so maybe she built a whole bubble around herself.

Helena wasn't this stupid that she would burn her own house. 🤣😂 Devi's obsession is nothing in front of Helena. She was completely obsessed. Devi somehow realises that karu is his wife, Helena wouldn't even let other queens near him. Chandragupta therefore kept her away from his queens and mothers of his children. She had a wonderful relationship with Bindusara though as Durdhara was dead so his mom wasn't her rival and Bindusara was next king so keeping herself in his good books.🤣😂

When Apama didn't take any step, what Helena could do. And Seleucus did this to save Antiochus who was dying due to passion for Stratonice. Antiochus would have died as his lust was fatal for him. Also Seleucus was very old. He thought it wise to instead of divorcing Stratonice and angering Antagonids he divorce her and make her marry Antiochus. That way his daughter Phila will stay with him as well.

CGM and Seleucus are very weird Sasur-Damad duo. Both Emperors were very close. It's very weird. 😂

It's AI generated, and nowadays having fair skin is considered the beauty standard in most countries. But I am assuming they were dusky/golden/brown in complexion and still they would be stunning!!!
