Article-Karan Wahi has a new abode!

Remix went off the air last year and after that Karan has done a few cameos in two shows, but he is still remembered as Ranvir of Remix. Now Karan will soon start shooting for his first film with UTV.

Karan says: "I have bought a house in Malad behind In Orbit mall. Its' area is 1100 sq ft. It is two bed hall kitchen and I myself have done the interiors. It is not complete as yet. But I have painted my bedroom in white and chocolate brown. I have selected brown colour as it doesn't look gaudy. Then I have put some soft lights. I'm going to stay alone in this house."

"My mum and dad are in Delhi and I don't have a sister or brother so I'm going to stay here alone. They are not going to shift here in Mumbai. I haven't bought this house alone. In fact my dad bought it and asked me to do the interiors. Before this I used to stay in Oshiwara on rental basis. That was one BHK. I have bought this house as I wanted to have my own house. Though I have earned money, but this house has been bought by my dad and not by me. I was not particularly looking for any special amenities. It is good house according to me and suits my way of living."

The approximate cost of this house is more than a crore. The other celebrities who live in this area are Keerti and Sharad Kelkar, Shweta and Manav Gohil and Aloknath.

On the work front, Karan is doing a film with UTV as one of the leads. What about TV?

There's a new serial coming on Sab TV called Four and from the sound of it, the serial sounds like Remix. So will Karan be a part of this? "Everyone has been calling me every day and asking me that whether I'm really doing the serial Four or not? And I'm telling everyone that no I'm not doing it. but Raj is doing it. I'm doing a film with UTV. The name of the film is not yet decided. I have no idea when it is going to release. But this year we'll surely start shooting. I'm not doing any show as UTV have asked me not to do any show. So I can't do any show."

So all you girls out there, you'll just have to wait to see Karan Wahi, this time on the big screen.
