A Curious Confused Case of the Corpse, Court, Cops & Crime!

Case File:

Accused: Mrityunjay Shekhawat SIngh

Victim: Radha Sharma

Date of Crime: 27-11-2012

Location of Crime: Shekhawat Villa

Ever since the victim (honestly it does not matter if it was Radha or not) has risen from the dead and now is a Living Corpse...I have been scratching my head...trying to figure out things...but yesterday's episode left me totally baffled and in awe of Raghu kaka...

Now the most incredulous thing that struck me was...how in the Lord's name did Raghu Kaka manage to replace the living corpse with a dead corpse and that of a raped one inside the Villa!

Second thing is where did he manage to find the corpse...maybe he has friends at the BMC (Bhopal Municipal Corporation) and When did he manage to replace it!

Before the Cops arrived at the scene or after? So which Corpse did the Cops Check? Living Corpse (Radha) or Dead Corpse (Unknown)?😕

On what basis was the Case file prepared, because the way the Accused (MJ) was shown chained and bonded...means that the crime was extremely heinous and the victim was not just raped but bludgeoned to death.😕

What about the autopsy? How did the evidence found on the victim match with that of the Accused (MJ). 😕😲 And here we are not just talking about the murder weapon and stuff but a lot lot more! I am sure you know what I am talking about!

So if not MJ then who? Aditya and friends, Rudrapratap himself (murder yes, he is capable of it - rape no if he is born a eunuch, if just a cross dresser then Yes) or else one of his many men? 😕

About the ditch that Kaka was talking about must be the one that Tara fell into... cause that is the only ditch I presume around the Shekhawat property...but there could be many more around. That is a possibility. 😃

And I am also left wondering is there a Court that works Night Shift? I mean I know that cases are now moving on a fast-track basis but...😕...this is what happens if a lawyer goes to Court at night...they end up as a Corpse!😲

mrs.shrek i knew you are totally baffled.. But what i feel leaving drama quiet affected on storyline.. In perplexed stage writer wrote such things that any kid could wonder how raghu kaka's head gone one step ahead of kalavati..he managed a dead body.. He said he had thrown dead body in valley .. .. But Tara read from some of mj's case file that rape and murder happened in shekhavat villa .. Either it's could be raghu kaka is lying or writer had done huge mistake... This radha mystery is the real bane of mj's case and they are writing it without any logic.. It could be better if they will show raghu kaka is lying.. Thus they can becloud their mistake smartly.. Hushh.. Am done.. Can't run my horses further

Agreed with you DD all the points you have mentioned are correct. All the points have left us wondering as what could the possible reasons be.

Still one more I would like to include is that when Raghu Kaka replaced Radha's body with a dead corpse it had to be that of a rape victim and that to raped or harmed at the same time as that of Radha if the corpse would have been raped or murdered before hand say a few hours before then wouldn't that hv reflected in the postmortem report? My head is all

hahah.. guess he works at Rp aka Kallo who is quite a magician herself.. Radghu kaka must have learnt some tricks under the humble guidance of RP😆

Exactly... kaka said they threw the body down the valley... and Mj saw a dead Radha... how come they did the PM on that body which is /must have not been assaulted?

important point is when one goes into the details of PM in such terrible cases... it should match MJ's print..etc etc wid the one on the vic's body na😕

Also one more blooper regarding arrest of Tara,every one is talking that the purse belongs to Tara , is there no checking of finger prints on the found gun , can you just arrest the person on this basis

what i should say...Im so already venting Out since last night...
what was whole story Kaka told..it had not head or tail whatever they show earlier..i couldnt realte a a thing...
It was so felt like kaka dialogues written on half sleep...
or Mybe its not us who r feeling too much to grab at same ..its for cv's too..too much ti be opened up same time not given 2nd thought over the whole thing...

what they need a tight hold on the story front it was too much to get with it..
How come dead-body after post-mortem declared the victim was raped that too by Mjay...When in whole tv reports its clear thing how these laws work out atleast cv's should get some references on this part they didnt had to struggle with its right all where...
What thing done to point the finger out on some person or even the person who took the blame the whole medicals r done before proving a person rapist & murderer...

the dead-body kaka got up so soon seriously like he had some big contact with Morgue office to get a dead-body of some other girl...

Yes Sona they need to show Raghu kaka lied or else it all sounds weird and just impossible to accept.
