Rima, I got tears in my eyes as I watched Paro shattered to pieces before all. It was horrible to see her plead her mami to accept and save her as she's scared to be with the BSD. I agree, Paro could very much get abused when she's alone with the officers. Not only that, the village has seen how badly Rudra treats her and yet they are not willing to save the helpless girl. Today is the day that Paro from Birpur died, she didn't die when her loved ones left her but only when she ceased to exist for her own people. She's like a lifeless soul now, someone that wanders but doesn't feel or care for the reality anymore.

i agree. all life is drained ut of her. poor soul. it is truly heartwrenching

Mamisa is working with her brains since she does not seem to care about Paro only bothered about Thakursa's orders & Rudra with emotions thoda logic dalo tho Paro is out of the loop.
If it has been the reverse Mamisa with emotions & Rudra with brain & logic then Paro would have to fight against Rudra to get back to Mamisa.

Well said but it's too early to say anything as story is building up and to many factors need to be placed at certain order and certain way to move on.No doubt ,there is no justification of Rudra's way of handling any detainee and especially a woman.

Thakur is needed for keeping the reason to move one with the story .
Time will tell how all of this turns around.

Her Mamisa , is under pressure yes but I feel she would have done the same even in her own daughter's case because she is a widow now.In cultural BG that is so normal because we don't want to move on.

Ya but these are innocent villagers and in times of calamity...when situations are beyond their control...they turn to their most trusted head...thakur...and they blindly go ahead with whatever he says...and right now everybody is utterly shocked and mamiji is convinced that whatever thakur decides will be for the best...
