everyone in thr engagement party adore angad n kripa together except vivek,who was simply jealous but cudnt able to do any thing,he was drunk n frustrated.when angad comes to take a drink for kripa who was bit tired after a long dancing with angad,accidently bump with vivek.vivek grab angad's colar in frustration n scream in a drunk tone:"how dare u..".angad free his colar frm vivek grip n said:"u shud watch out".vivek said:"how dare u to take kripa away frm me,she is mine!u got it"he is totally drunk.angad make a fist of his hand in a rage of anger after listening vivek's words,angad can see the lust for kripa in his eyes,angad said:"dnt u dare say a word abt kripa....other wise i will break ur mouth"he said pointing vivek's face.
mean while kripa n mr bajaj also figure out the tension btw angad n vivek.mr bajaj takes vivek side without knwing the matter,he said:"angad!how cud u talk with vivek like this,dnt u knw he is my bussiness partner n a son of my dear frnd".mr bajaj said in a scolding way.angad said:"but u dnt knw that how he talked abt kripa".vivek interrupt in btw:"he is lieing uncle(mr bajaj)"vivek act like a innocent.angad scream in anger:"y shud i lie----"mr bajaj interupt :"enough angad!now plz stop creating scene in party"then mr bajaj took vivek with himself.
in the whole scene of argument btw angad,vivek n mr bajaj,kripa just stand silently beside angad while holding his fist tightly,she preventing him to hitting vivek.she feel bad for angad.kripa said:"im with u,angad!....i believe u".angad who is burning with anger which creeping inside him,kripa's word make him calm down.
next morning,when a news of angad n kripa's engagement becomes a headline of page 3.this news is read by the all indian's including mishti bose.she just crumbled the news paper in anger n throw in trash,she said to herself:"ur game is finish,angad khanna...wat do u think i will let u happy that easily....".
only couple of days r left in a-k marraige when mr bajaj call angad with dadi at his place urgently.n when angad n dadi reach at bajaj house,angad found kripa ,mr bajaj ,vivek n mishti sitting in living room.angad is shocked to see mishti who has devilsh smile on her face n then he looked at kripa who is looking scared.kripa,herself also doesnt knw abt the matter that y her dad call angad so urgently.mr bajaj tell angad n dadi to sit n when they seated mr bajaj said in stirct tone:"sorry to say mrs khanna(dadi)but this marraige of angad n kripa wont happen".dadi,angad n kripa all of them r shocked,dadi said :"but y mr bajaj,wat happen??"mr bajaj get up frm his place n said:"becoz i cant marry my daughter with a guy who is nothing but a heirless.angad head get lowered with a feeling of regret on his own existance,once again.
