I think that they have dragged this track on way too long. It's gotten to the point where I am getting bored with it. This love triangle thing has to stop. You can only do so much before people get tired of it. Does anyone else agree?

On the other hand, I could tell today that they are moving forward with a lot of things. Naren brought up the real Ahana on the same day that Ovi says Pia is coming into the picture. Archana and Manav are coming back to India. Pari is being brought back into the picture. Then I come to the forum and see that the show may be coming to an end... hmmm... I wonder if it's true.

Completely agree with what you said. While I have been a follower of this show since the very beginning, I began to dislike it more and more with the dragging of the Arvi track. Then the misunderstandings between Arvi and the 20 year leap was too ridiculous and way too much to digest. I wish they had treated this whole track so much differently. That being said, I don't want this show to end now because I see so much promise in the Naren-Ankita story...reminds me of the old PR days! I would love for the Arvi track to kind of finish off and then they story continue with a focus on the Naren-Ankita track. There is so much possibility there!

^^ I agree. ARVI is a very popular couple, with NB6 going on and other factors. I don't mind ARVI and think their on screen chemistry is great. It is this on again off again, can never be happy, love triangle that has become dreadful. They really do need to come up with a better story line. Ankita and Naren story line is becoming quite popular with the viewers because it is showing a lot of budding love between the two. Why can't the writers come up with ARVI together and working together to convince Pari. Happy scenes would satisfy a majority of the viewers.

Great post Pilli..

I just wish Ekta and her CVs take a detour of the Forum and see how disgusted majority of viewers are with the never ending triangle, the same age long story of a two sisters falling for the same guy... PHEW

Nor only ARVI yaar.. every character ( perhaps except older ones) is left with a loose end.

ARVI fans want a logical conclusion for them, Ovi fans want a logical conclusion for her and same with the Soham fans.

And then there is a budding story of Ankita-Naren. I at least hope it surpasses the test of time and not be butchered as mercilessly as ARVI.

There are stories of Soham's Kids, Arjun's daughters Pari and Pia, Naren's brother, his family and so forth...

And the suspense of is Pia Aahana? Does Aahana too looks like Ankita ( if such is the case Ankita Lokhande will be essaying triple role in the show)? Does Rishabh have an old grudge against Arjun ? etc, etc. etc...

But rather than giving a logical end to one story, they just introduce newer characters and make a convoluted mess of an already spoilt broth..

Ekta should learn form the makers of the reigning shows in other channels. They have taken no or very brief leap and they are still going strong with TRPS. This is because these soaps border on realism and logic...

Love triangles, unwarranted twists and recycled story lines must have worked for her earlier soaps.. but hey!!! time change, audience's demography and thereby their preferences also change...

But who will bell the Cat?
