Too much violence for Prime Time TV

Aren't there any rules what so ever?

Oh my!!! I'm very squeamish and I was closing my eyes for the better part of the episode. And it didn't help that Ashish was such a good actor... made it seem so much more real. Yes the scene was great and direction was spot on...

But really... absolutely NOT suited for prime time TV... They won't show a paltry kiss scene but full on violence is alright... Control Board... are you nuts?

Tone down the violence, ASAP. There's a reason even blood is censored out of many shows, it's a trigger element.

Bewildered
RC

Edited to Add.

It doesn't mater if the scene was great. It's irrelevant. You can't show somethings on TV... like sex and excessive violence.

Perhaps it will come down. But for now, yesi is too much. difficult to watch on tv esp with kids around and that could mean low TRPs, which I hope doesn't happen

I'm an adult (in principle😆) and it was too much even for me, to think teens and tweens also form a major part of audience ... t'was wayyy too much.

The show is about the BSD and a village girls love story.
The main essence of the show is to show the contrast between the two.
The show is shown at 9:30
I honestly loved the action as it was exciting to watch.
However I do understand why people don't like it.
The violence has ended for now as it was used in the last two weeks to set the background

I found it difficult too since my son was sitting with me. He loves to see action and adores Rudra from what little he has seen in promos. Yes it was a little too much for prime time TV.

I think of it in a diff way, rather say a positive one.

The scene especially this episode may be taken as the respect and love you have for your nation, when somebody says soo much bad things about your national flag a soldier will take this step only.
This maybe liked by viewers who will see it as love and respect for thier nation.

Like my mum and my sister did.
