Karan Wahi has been away from daily soaps after his small stint in Kuch Toh Log Kahenge on Sony TV. The actor has been busy with his anchoring commitments; we saw him in Indian Idol and now he's amusing us in Nach Baliye 6.
According to our khabru birdie, the actor has bagged a three-film deal with UTV movies. The first film under the production is Babloo Ke Jawani, a romantic comedy where the actor will play the lead role.
The second project under the banner is the sequel to Remo D'Souza's ABCD. Yes, you guessed it right! Karan will be showcasing his dancing skills in ABCD 2. Earlier, he had shaken a leg on Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 5 and we are guessing, that he managed to impress Remo enough to cast him in his movie. His third project with UTV is still under wraps.
It's a dream for most TV actors to climb the ladder and enter Bollywood. Sushant Singh Rajput, Amit Sadh, Rajeev Khandelwal, Ayushmann Khurrana and Manish Paul did it, and managed to create a name for themselves in the fraternity. We wonder if the chocolate boy-comedian will manage to soar to the skies like his contemporaries. What do you think BollywoodLifers?
