To counter the stress and anxiety of marathon shoots, I alternate between three stress busters — a power nap, music and books.
I take 10-minute power naps, every two-and-a-half to three hours, in between takes; it rejuvenates me. I listen to Jagjit Singh and Lata Mangeshkar songs on my mobile. And as for books, I read light entertainers, like Anything For You Ma'am by Tushar Raheja.
