communication is the best way to resolve any matter, the more serious a matter, the more open communication needed...by the way our director is of this view too..
but not everyone is able to communicate well...i for example need to communicate a lot with my daughter as i know many factors may affect her in bad way, i should be able to communicate well with her and vice versa so i know what she is gathering in her mind. but communication always have been my weakness, and this leads to complications and become unable to resolve...you may feel i write well but that is in writing i do well but not vocal...i do not relate well with my daughter and she has no one like ajju in her life...i fear very much for her...
communication is a very essential factor...because a person not only just woman or man, irrespective of gender, a person has to play different roles in his daily life, job, kids, spouse, parents, juggling all the time, needs tobalance give and take in relations and positions in daily life...and that can be achieved efficiently only through communication .
