Dedh ishqiya to collect 3 crs on its opening day

Yaariyan picked up at multiplexes of major cities in the afternoon to record around 40-50% occupancies while Dedh Ishqiya remained as it was in the morning. Both films are not doing much at single screens but Yaariyan may have a good weekend at multiplexes. Dedh Ishqiya is poor in UP single screens also where it probably had better chances.

The first day business can come in at around 5 crore nett for Yaariyan and 3 crore nett for Dedh Ishqiya if Yaariyan continues at the same 40-50% rate in the evening and Dedh Ishqiya remains as it is.

The two new releases have affected Dhoom 3 and Sholay (re-run) as there has been a huge reduction of screens for both films.
