First, her comment. It was made after Jalal had been extra generous in his praise of the Rajputs. That made it all the more ungracious. This is what hurt Jalal, and when he says that aapki har ek baat nishane par lagi, that hurt shows plainly. He is not praising her for saying the right thing, not at all. Just take a look at the bitterness in his face and his voice as he says that. He feels that she meant to put him and his race down and show him how much she detests them, and no wonder.

Any woman with some sensitivity would have begged pardon again and tried to soothe the hurt. Not she, for she is self-righteous to a fault and can never say sorry from the heart, for she does not feel sorry at all. Her apology today looks and sounds proforma because she does not, as she should have, immediately qualify it and at least say that she meant only oppressive Mughals and that she loves his Ammijaan and so many others in his household.

I really think she should have married Pratap the first time around, instead of Suryabhan.Both of them are ill-mannered, obstinate, self-righteous and have absolutely closed minds on the negative side, and proud, courageous and totally devoted to the Rajput cause on the positive side. Together, they could have been harassing Kali Maa with daily demands for Jalal ka sar.😉

I felt the same regarding the apology part as You Shyamala...As in my past post I had stated ...Once again today she brought the communal element in her dialogue and made herself look all the more Eccentric, Narrow-minded Fool...who falsely believes herself to be the epitome of DeshBhakti and Flagholder of Khsamaasheelta...It also made her hatred for Jalaal look more communal in nature rather than invoked by the Crimes done by Jalaal's army 🤢(BTW her Prann has been fulfilled , so why so much antagonism now , with only a wee bit of civility towards Jalaal)...I think the CVs have suffered from temporary Amnesia ...😕
As For Jalaal and his patience and tolerance(I know there's his dream of United India Ruling , but even then the tolerance and sweetness enough to cause Dyspepsia and Diabetes together😆 ...I think he is being made the next candidate fighting for Budhha status..😉(After all that show too is gaining tremendous audience support 😊)

As for her wearing the Joda...I give the credit to MA and Jalaal both. While it was Ja who made himself more acceptable to Jo, It was MA who actually drilled in the hurt feeling of sentiments that Jo had caused when she had disrespected knowingly or unknowingly Ja's gifts 😈(Joda, S.Farmaan,Dupatta,Gulaal etc etc)
