While Bigg Boss 7 worked a treat for Colors in the UK ratings, fictions have not performed as well since the channel went free-to-air last year...until now!

According to exclusive data obtained by BizAsia, Sasural Simar Ka' on Colors delivered the biggest ever ratings for a fiction show since Colors went free-to-air last September. Fictions have been hovering around an average 20,000 - 30,000 viewers per day, however, last night's episode of Sasural Simar Ka' at 19:30 pulled in 60,500 viewers - peaking at 66,900 viewers. Madhubala' also did better with 38,700 viewers at 20:30. Balika Vadhu' at 20:00 brought in 25,400 viewers and new drama Rangrasiya' got 21,500 viewers.
