Today Ms Singh was telling the group will be divided into five squads and in each squad they will be tasks where the officers within the squad will compete and there will be tasks in which squads compete against each other.
Along with group performance individual performance will also be noted. I guess Zakir and Sandhya will be in same squad. Reason being from precap it is sure that Sandhya will struggle to complete 400*4 running and Zakir will run the race smoothly.
In any group project to build team work always the strong contender is put with the weakest contender. Then told that the team is only as strong as the weakest contender. So together they have to emerge a strong team. The strong contender will have to support their weak counterpart so as a team they are victorious. This was done for my training too.
I still remember I was weak as far as Object Orient Programming was concerned and strong for database, VB and communication. So for each task we were in different groups. For OOPS my team mates supported me a lot even sitting night outs whereas I supported others sitting nightouts especially remember the communication seminar. I was one of the strongest one as far as presentation went and in my team was given one an average presenter and other guy who hardly opens his mouth. It was a task in itself to make this team work and get the grades 😃.
Really these epis are taking me back once again to that winter of 2003 where a batch of 40 young collegue passouts entered with wide eyed dreams in the training academy of the MNC
