Dr. Pranay to help Astha

Has anyone thought of DR. Pranay? He has helped in the most difficult of cases of Dr. Manu(he had lost his memory completely), Radhaji. He also helped Simran when Abhi left her at the marraige alter with little Guddiya in her lap. Why can't he help them now to get back Astha.

Probably becoz Sia-Abhi-Simran hid the facts from him and also they thought they were more mature and can handle the situation in a better way 😡

Well anyways, if they do take Pranay's help that will be a wise decision..I just hope they don't again wait for the right time 😕

Yeah, it's funny that they haven't talked to Pranay yet about Aastha's behaviour. It's like his character and Simran's sister's character (see, I even forgot her name!) are totally forgotten! 😕

Perhaps Dr Pranaya is on yet another France/Australia/US or UK trip 😕

Perhaps Dr Pranaya is very well renowned doctor and his fees is too much that Simran cannot afford.

Perhaps Dr Pranaya has already left the serial as he did not want to look old while Simran still looks young, even though she was his senior in medical school

Perhaps Dr Pranaya does not like the way Simran has handled situation and do not want to take such a pathetic case.

Perhaps Dr Pranaya has changed his profession after treating Radhaji.

But I dont agree that Dr.Pranay doesnot want to play old. I think after the leap he made an appearance as old. Do you remember Abhi-Simran wedding. He was there with Rashmi.
