Hrithik spent some time at Salmans Panvel farmhouse

It's not something I would have thought would happen, but this is what the papers said this morning! Apparently, Hrithik Roshan and Salman Khan - who have not been the best of friends in the past - have gotten buddy-buddy recently. Understandably, Hrithik has been going through a bit of a rough patch personally since he recently separated with his wife, Sussanne Roshan. If the rumours are to be believed, he turned to Salman for a little comfort, and perhaps even some advice!

A few days ago, the reports had begun doing the rounds that on New Year's Eve, Hrithik spent some time at Salman's Panvel farmhouse. On that day, Salman was having a small get-together for his close friends and family, and from the sounds of it, Salman wasn't entirely expecting Hrithik. The actor arrived during the late evening, and left by 8:30pm, so he was out before their party fully took off. (Hrithik later headed to Goldie Behl and Sonali Bendres house for their bash, and brought in the New Year with them.)

This morning, Mirror reported that Hrithik visited Salman yet again, but this time he stayed for much longer - the entire night, practically. He entered looking very dejected, and spent the time he was there (around ten hours) discussing his separation from Sussanne.

We wonder if Aamir Khan has anything to do with the visits Hrithik paid. He revealed on his episode of Koffee With Karan that when he split up with his then-wife Reena Dutta, Salman was a great source of comfort (and, in fact, that's when their friendship really grew). As per media reports, Aamir and Hrithik have also grown a lot closer as of late, so it's possible that Aamir told Hrithik that he should speak to Salman in case he needed someone to talk to.

Salman and Hrithik apparently had some issues during Guzaarish - Salman had said that even flies and dogs didn't go to watch the film, while Hrithik retaliated by saying he should be more loving and gracious. However, everything has been fine for a while now, and Hrithik had even commented saying Salman has "contributed" to his life in many ways.
