Shalini Kapoor 'enjoyed family time' on her birthday

Shalini Kapoor Sagar, the pretty lass who essays the role of Dilshad in Zee TV's Qubool Hai (4 Lions Films), preferred celebrating her birthday without much gung-ho on 4 January this year.

As the clock struck 12, Shalini's close friends visited her and surprised her as they sang the birthday song to the tunes of the guitar outside her house which overwhelmed her.

Said Shalini, "I was extremely happy to see all my close friends standing at the doorstep singing and cheering me up. On my birthday, I first went to Siddhivinayak in the morning and offered prayers followed by visiting the Mahim Darga. I later treated my parents for lunch at Mainland China. I wanted to have a quiet and peaceful birthday this time and spend some time with my parents."
