Part 16

Ram and Priya' s lives went on ... about 6 months after...

After their trip to Maldives for HoneyMoon they went back to their respective jobs earliest. Coming from business families they couldn't spend regular time with each other. But Priya tried to juggle between the her professional life and personal to the best. But sometimes she failed too. But when there is someone lovable like , her mother in law back at home , life becomes bliss even with flaws.

On the other hand , Ram , tried to talk with Priya about Meenal Masi and her father many times but , before he could start Priya rejected his idea . Ram convinced himself , that he has to wait for few days more to talk with Priya.

Busy in each other's life they get only weekend to spent along with.

That was one Saturday ...

Priya was waiting for Ram , they have had decided to leave for "THE SWARG" together , but even after waiting for an hour he didn't turned up . Little disturbed she called Ram having no options left with her.

With one ring Ram received the call , but Priya waited for him to stop laughing and give a response to his wife, who is waiting for him for about one hour at office. After few seconds , Ram controlled his laugh and responded to Priya .

Are you coming ? I am waiting for you. I think you have forgotten something . We have had decided to pay a visit to the elders together ; Isn't it?' Priya sounded very offended as she spoke ..

Ram checked his watch immediately and looked up , he was late and was on his way to Panvell. Ram looked tensed and looked at the other person in his car. How could he forget about the trip that he committed to do on his own. Priya never asked him to come with her at first , but when Ram showed his interest of his own , He still remember how much Priya was Happy and excited at the same time, jammed in his own thoughts , he forgot to respond back to Priya .

are you there ..?' priya asked sharp .

Ya .. P..Priya .. wo actually I am sorry . I am on my way to Panvel . I have an important meeting . I will catch you there tomorrow morning ...' Ram waited for Priya's Reply.

Ram . U don't need to lie to me . you can carry on with your Party .. or the party you are going to attend ... But please don't Lie ... I have already said you .. Don't Lie to me . EVER!' priya disconnected the call . She informed Kartik and her in laws about her journey and left soon to avoid late night arrival at "The Swarg"

Back in the car , Ram didn't tried to reach Priya , coz he knew she will not entertain his calls.. Disturbed he sat thinking in the car , looking out to the city. With the touch from his guest sitting by him , he tried to show everything fine , with a sweet smile painted on his face.

what happened Ram? Everything is all right . I guess it's your wife .' Ram's guest , who arrived from London addressed with a smile. Reciprocating the smile he added yes to the end.

And she is not happy with your outing. I can manage. If you want to go you can.' The lady , Ayesha Malhotra from London said , asking the driver to stop the car. But Ram is a true Gentleman , he cannot abandon a Lady right at the middle of the city , especially someone who has just arrived at the country for the very first time. He asked the driver to wheel to their destination.

Wouldn't she mind Ram ?' Ayesha asked as the car stopped at the middle of the traffic again..

No she will not Ayesha , if I explain her everything she will understand. I have married a very understandable lady. I am lucky .' Ram was not confident though he tried to put a confident smile.

Ram looked out to the city , lost in her thoughts ...

Priya , she was drove out of the city , with very less traffic Priya accelerated her car to 120 Kmph. In winter it was odd to witness rain , but as Priya wheeled more to her destination , she found it raining. Priya , sighed and decelerated and after a while she stopped the car , by a dhaba . For a while she wanted to come out and have a cup of eat in the earthen pot . Ram made her feel in love with little little things and one from many is the earthen tea cups .

Giving up her own idea , priya accelerated again to the SWARG .. she was sad , and angry at the same time. She knows the importance of business meets and gestures. She is born and brought up in between all those things . She felt bad that Ram , has not learnt it . This though made her sad. Discovering a new person every day gets painful sometime...

Priya leaned to the car seat , and accelerated . She wanted to get mad on her husband , she want to cry out loud , but how can she be .. when he tried to hide the truth. Lie the word pinches her like anything ... She dies a thousand deaths when ever someone near to her lies. Trained thoughts , over crowded her . She stopped the car , and came out of it , and walked to the gravel path and started pacing up and down along...

Priya , was sad and angry at the same time . She wanted her heart to calm down . Restless she walked back to the car ... Coming to the driver's seat she wanted to shout out loud , cry out her heart , but thinking about her family , about her darling she stopped herself . Her eyes fell on her wrist watch and it was really late . Shikha ji must be waiting for her and Ram . She didn't informed her that Ram is not coming with her...

She accelerated towards The Swarg ...

Oberoi's Mumbai ...

Ram took the keys from the reception and handed it to Ayesha . She smiled and briefed a hug to Ram ,in gesture of Thanks. Ram tried to smile.

So you are not joining me for the dinner Ram ?' She asked very politely

No Ayesha ! I have to go . My wife must be waiting for me and what ever there ; it was. I am a married man .. and we were never ... You know what I mean ... But as a friend I am always there for you .. call me any time .. if you need me ...' Ram smiled ..

She knows everything ?' Lady asked

Sorry !' ram sounded really shocked

Did you tell her everything !' She asked again

Ram sighed deep , No , and there is nothing to tell Ayesha ... none of us were serious ... it was not a mistake , it was just a joke then ... hoax please yaar don't drag it now ! I am really disturbed and I have to drive almost few hundred kilometers ... Good Night and be safe ... and please don't try to explore the city alone ! Please .'

Good Night Ram .. Convey my message to her , that, she must be a lucky woman that she have you in her life ...' Ayesha didn't stop , she turned and walked to the elevator ...

Ram looked at the lady walking away from him . He paced towards the exit ...

SWARG , it lightened up , as Priya greeted everyone present in the dining with a warm Good Evening ... and her brightest Smile ...

Lo ... Good Night Ke time par Good evening bol rahi hain ..' an elderly lady said ... Priya smiled and sat by her , Sorry to be late .. sorry' Priya kept holding her ears until she smiled and hugged priya . She reciprocated...

where Is Ram ?' Shikha ji asked , the name Startled Priya , she stood up and tried to distract the discussion . She asked Meera and few other people to serve the elders and her too... But Shikha ji smelled the wrong ... she didn't argued and asked priya to sit for dinner. While Priya ate in silence with a smile painted on her face , but Shikha ji's eyes scrutinized her .

After changing , priya came to Shikha Ji's room. The lady asked meera to see other's while she will talk with Priya in private. After the girl left , Shikha ji asked priya to lock the door, priya followed her instructions.

Taking priya's hands on her's Shikha ji asked priya about Ram. With smile she tried to lie , but she couldn't.. at last she broke .. she cried hugging her darling ... After pouring her heart out Priya at last could look at her darling's eyes .. without any guilt ...

So you are angry because he didn't come today .. but beta you know the ..' Priya intervened Shikha ji and said about ram's lie ... Very seriously , Shikha Ji listened to priya , but she denied to comment or conclude without talking to Ram. Little offended priya stood up ...

beta , this was not you ... I can't give my opinion hearing you only ... after all you also heard it ... you didn't witnessed it happening ? isn't it Priya?' She asked very politely , and at the same time tried to make priya understand what she is trying to say..

Nodding her head , Priya replied ...

So be patient ! let me call ram .. and I will do it tomorrow morning .. It is too late now beta ...and you have also drove few hundred kilometers alone , go and have a good nap !' Shikha ji smiled ...

Priya hugged her and wishing walked out , from the room for hers asking meera to join her darling ... Coming to the Room , Priya checked her phone , and there were no call from ram... Checking the time , priya put the phone to flight mode and slipped inside the duvet ....

She tried to Sleep !!!

Pretty Late , the same night ... after trying for few minutes Priya gave up the thought of sleeping .She sat up , covering herself with the duvet , she took a book to read...

Engrossed in the book , priya was not aware of the time ... Her attention got distracted when her eyes caught the car lights that got reflected on the window of her room. Wrapping her shawl around , Priya came out to the balcony of the room , and leaned over it . She asked the watchman , about the car, and from driving seat came out RAM. He stood looking at his wife . With a deep sigh , Priya walked downstairs . As expected she found the lights in Shika ji's room. Priya entered there first.

what happened beta ? Who came so late?' Shikha ji asked ...

Darling . It's Ram.' Priya said tucking Shikha Ji back into the bed.

Get him something to eat , should Meera go and help you ?' Shikha ji stopped Priya from intervening , I am sure , He didn't have had his dinner.' She ended with a smile. Reciprocating , Priya walked out of the room , and asked Meera to look after her darling and walked out to see Ram.

Priya meet Ram , as she stepped out of the room. Their eyes meet ; but Priya restricted. Calling the security she asked him to get ram's luggage to the room. Ram stopped him , saying that he has no luggage with him.

The security stood , with a confused stare at Priya. She ordered him to rejoin his work. As the security left, Priya looked at Ram again, You get freshen up , I will serve you dinner.'

Ram stared blankly at Priya , correcting herself , she asked Ram to come with her , added that , she will get Ram's dress kept there at her room , earlier. Ram , like an obedient kid , followed her to the dine. While Priya took out the chilled food from the refrigerator , Ram's eyes followed her doing the household chores .

Taking out the bowls from the microwave , Priya served food to Ram. He sat in silence and ate what ever he was given , without complaining for a single time. Priya sat there , though she looked other side , she sat there only to ensure that Ram have had his food properly.

priya ... we need to talk ...' Ram said ..

It's Pretty late Ram . I am sleepy too .. So plz..' Priya said biting arrogantly ..

But Priya .. listen to me ...' Ram tried to speak, but before that , she stood up and looked at Ram , she found that he has almost finished his food . Asking Ram to have his dinner , she left for her room ...

Ram sat perplexed and surprised at the same time... which was followed by ... Sheer Silence ...

After having dinner , when Ram walked into the room , he found Priya lying on the bed reading a book , he sighed and closed the door behind him . With the sound of the door , Priya looked up , I have kept your clothes there at the couch , you can change ...' Ram took the change and walked to the wash room.

After few minutes...

Ram came out wearing a white kurta pajama, and found Priya still engrossed in the book. He wants to talk to her , but, Priya has turned her ears deaf to him. Even in the dining table when Priya was serving him food , he tried to speak up but Priya didn't even tried to listen to him. Without anymore try , Ram came and slipped into the bed.

Priya looked at him for a while. Ram was lying awake , showing his back to her. Switching off the bed lamps , Priya lied down . Ram , tried one last time to talk to her.

Priya I can..' ram hadn't started yet , and got stalled by priya ..

Good night Ram ...' Priya tucked herself properly under the duvet.

Ram , came out of the bed and went out to the Terrace . He lit a cigarette and sat on a garden chair , with his legs extended up to the tea table kept infront of him. He puffed off smoke .. with his head up , facing the sky.

Next morning ,

It was like any other day ... But something was missing .. the cheerful couple , who used to tease themselves before they could come out of the bed .. The couple who used to say I LOVE YOU to eachother .. nth time ...before they could start a day together ...

Ram priya woke up as individuals ... While Ram walked into the room , when it was six in the morning , priya was not in the room then. Ram walked to the balcony , when he looked down leaning on the railing he found his wife with her extended family in the garden ,doing yoga.

Ram was about to call Priya taking his name, he stopped , as Shikha ji wished him Morning from the other side. Ram tried to smile , to the lady ... But he couldn't .

Meera , Tum jao niche .. Ram will take care of Mine ..' Shikha ji asked Ram to wheel her to the terrace of their room, Ram did exactly what she wanted ...

you know Ram ... I can walk...' Shikha ji surprised Ram , who never saw her on her feet. Smiling , the lady looked to the Man , she extended her hand , holding it ram sat near her . the elderly lady caressed Ram's head , while she added , If I want ... if I have that will to mend it ... I can walk if I give up my thought that I can't walk ..' Shikha ji smiled , looking at confused Ram. Smiling more broad , she spoke , Like I can't fight with my thought that I can't walk ... similarly , Priya can't fight with her stubbornness about Lies ... Ram , Priya lost that person , whom she loved the most ... and that is due to Lie ... Ram kuch bhi karo ... jhoot maat bolo ... ek jhoot ussne seh liya hain .. coz she knew that it was said for her well being not for the bad... But more of it she will not take ... Priya is strong but not so strong like Shipra .. She will call it off ,... Ram ... which I don't want ...' Shikha ji wiped out her tears

Ram kept his head on her hand , tears escaped his eyes too ... Shikha Ji kept a firm hand on his head.

Two days later at Mumbai ...

Priya took Dadi and Maa to a restaurant , for lunch , she arranged the special lunch for the elders keeping their health issues in mind. Priya helped the elders to seat ... And before she could have the seat , her eyes caught Natasha and Karthik seating at the furthest corner of the restaurant. With the elders around , she thought of not making an issue of the matter and kept the matter in her mind and tried to be normal with the family.

Priya ! Golu kaha rehta hain aaj kaal. Bahut busy ho gaya ?aaj lunch ke liye bhi ni aaya ?' dadi asked sipping the first spoonful of soup.

haan Dadi busy rehta .. Kaam hoga . But dadi aaj ke lunch ke barein mein unhe kuch nahi pata hai .' Priya said , Looking other side.

" Kyun .. kyun ni bataya ?' dadi enquired ...

"Ek minute maa..' Krishna Kapoor intervened and turned to priya Priya , is everything all right ? she asked concernly.

Yes , maa every thing is all right . bas abhi time nahi milta ek doosre ke liye..' Priya said , trying not to cry.

Beta why don't you speak to him ... Baat nahi karogi toh samjhogi kaise ki akkhir baat kya hain ... waise bhi tum dono kuch dino se ek saath bhi office ni aa rehe ho ... If anything is bothering you Priya talk to me , but don't keep mum... silence will not give you any solution...' The caring motherly said ..

thank you maa... I will talk to him .. But if I need any help please Guide me..' Priya sounded very helpless..

Dadi kept the spoon down and looked at her daughter-in-law , and then taking Priya's hand in her she smiled firmly and kissed Priya's forehead. She smiled sweetly and hugged back the elderly lady.

Abb khaaye .. Bahut bhook lagi hain mujhe .. aur mein sab theek kar lungi .. Phir hum sab ek saath kahi ghumne jayenge ..' Priya smiled .. Dadi happily agreed to priya and also added that she also wants to go to Swarg and want to spend some quality time with the people over there. Priya was extremely happy and over joyed to know the same.

Same Night ...

Ram came late that night from office ... Last two days , the husband and wife has hardly seen eachother . Like other two days , Ram came back home having his dinner from office ... He expected priya to be fast asleep or doing her own work .. but that day something was different , ram found priya standing by the window , in her night gown . With the tapping sound of his boots . his wife cocked her head to him . Ram walked inside the changing room .

After few minutes when Ram came back to the room , he found Priya standing at the same place , in the same position . This time he couldn't stop himself from talking to his wife ..

priya everything is fine ?' Ram said walking to priya ..

Now she looked at her husband , turning to him , she said , I want to talk to you !'

For few seconds , Ram froze at his place , he couldn't believe his ears that the lady who neglected him like anything for the last two three days , now wants to talk to him . Same here !' ram walked little closer to Priya . Priya didn't moved from her place , though. It gave Ram little more courage , he stepped to her side and stood firm by her looking to the star stud sky.

Ram didn't have to do much , Priya , by her own came to her and leaned on his shoulder . Little surprised with his wife's surprised action Ram didn't waited to envelope her in his arms . Holding by her shoulder as he stood , Priya snuggled close to her husband .. she held him by his waist and stood in silence. Kissing her head , Ram , whispered I am sorry baby ..'

me too Ram ...' Priya looked up to Ram with a faint smile... Nestling back she spoke , Ram I miss Maa very much today I don't know why ? but today I miss her very much !'

Ram hugged back Priya as tight as he can , he has got such a place in her life , he knew , if Priya gets hurt this time she will not be able to recover ever. She trusted someone , after a long time, and Ram don't want to loose that place either.

They stood in peace in eachother's arm for a long time...

I never wanted to hurt you ...Trust me Priya.' Ram said holding her hand firm in his . Priya smiled in reply .

Don't you want to know with whom I was . Where I was ? what I was doing ?' ram asked her , She smiled and looked to him ... while Ram , continued , I was with Ayesha .. Ayesha malhotra from London. We used to study together ... and she is new to the city so I took the initiative to help her and ...' Ram took a breath after saying it in one go , Closing his eyes for a while , he took the courage to speak his heart , and When I was in college , people used to connect me and her .. but there was nothing between us ...' Ram sighed again , Trust me..' He added at the end ... Perplexed he stood for Priya to react ..

Priya stepped closer to Ram , making him more tensed ... Priya toed and held Ram with her hands around his neck , Kiss me ..' she whispered ...

What !!!' Ram uttered in shock ...

What ! What? Ram .. I said kiss me ! Seems like you are tried ..' Priya turned around to walk away ... With a sudden jerk , Ram pulled Priya making her land on him. Trying to stand straight , Ram leaned to the wall behind him , with his hands slipped to her waist ... Priya closed her eyes as his cold palm touched her almost bare back...

With a little effort , Ram stood straight on his feet , he grabbed Priya's Night robe , and smoothly stripped it off from her . Priya stood there with her eyes closed ... Ram Smiled , before he came closest to her. He pecked on priya's eyes , making her shiver a little bit. He pecked on her cheeks and trailed down to her shoulder . Exposing her shoulder , by moving the strap of Night gown down. Priya clutched ram's t shirt as the sensual tension increased between the two ...

Ram , masterly , brushed his lips along her neck line , making her more week .. His hand travelled along her back , while he hold Priya tight against himself ... Priya could hardly stand on her feet. He can do it again and again to her ... while priya struggled to keep herself calm .. Ram tortured her more .. She was craving for him ,.. waiting for him to kiss her hungrily ... But Ram had other plans .. He pecked and sucked her skin , living love bites along her neck and shoulder ..

Raa..am ... Please ..' She spoke with much effort ... her voice was clearly indicating the lust ...

Ram didn't respond to her ... But his action said more louder ... He stripped off her night gown leaving her exposed to himself .. Priya was shy even after so many days of their marriage ... Priya tried to cover herself , but a lustful husband , restricted her .. grabbing her hand , he kissed her fiercely ... making her lips bleed .. Ram sucked his wife's lips hardly before letting her go ..

Priya was vulnerable , she could hardly stand straight ... Ram collected her in his strong arms and depositing safely on the king size bed , he came off from her .. kissing her another time ...

Taking off his clothes , he crawled to his wife... Look at me baby ...' Ram ordered her in a lustful voice ... When She looked at him , she found , Ram smiling to her ... She shy-ed , but took him in her warm hug ... As Ram hugged Priya , aware lovers , learnt about the hungry desires that built greedily in them ...

In the , peace of the Night ... the two love birds flew back to the abode ,where they belong to ...

New Morning ...

Priya , lazily opened her eyes ... as the sun rays , pinched her welcoming the new morning ... She turned around , and found Ram smiling sweetly to her sitting by her ... She smiled back . Ram wished her , with a soft kiss on her fore head ... With little cold outside , priya shivered... But ram like a caring husband , slipped a warm night gown around priya while she was in deep slumber ...

Priya sat up leaning to the head rest , as Ram extended the coffee cup to her ... Sipping coffee , priya looked at Ram ...

Kya Hua ... Anything you want to share ...' Ram can read her eyes very well ...

Karthik Ram ... He ...' priya gave a pause , to think how to share the thought that she have had about Karthik and Natasha ... , I think he is seeing someone ...'

So what's bad in that .. he is a grown up Priya ... he is not a kid , If he wants to settle down what's bad in it !don't over react ..' Ram stood up ..

Karthik is seeing Natasha .. Ram ...' Priya at last took the courage to speak ..

WHATTT !!!' ram screamed out ...

Natasha is also not a kid Ram ...' Priya tried to speak ... But ram intervened , ya I know she is not Kid , but Umar kya hain uski Priya ... and after you and me .. what will the elders think if they want to marry each other .. and you brother !' ram gave an unexpected expression ..

what !!! Ram.. Kartick ko meine bada kiya .. do you doubt me !!' Priya revolted back ..

No..no .no ... no .. Karthik is best ... but Natasha ... Bacchi hain abhi Priya ...' Ram made a crying face ... He sat down on the bed , when she grew up Priya ! My choti ... She is in love ... I can't believe this ... My sister ...' Ram shoved his hand through his hairs ... with a smile of relief ..

same here ... Pata hi ni chala .. kab bada ho gaya mera bhai ...' Priya sat wrapping her hand along her husband's arms , with her head leaned to him ... Ram rested his head on her's ... ...
