I never participated in this Rajat's AGE war before, but let me share what I think.

I want to believe his real B' day to be 19th july, 1991! Then he's 15 and will be 16 this july.
Reasons:

1) age 15 and class 9th - acceptable.
2) As he's running 16, thats why Rajat might have said in his chat that 'he's just 16 now....' as poor guy didn't know its such an issue with his fans.
3) 19.07.1991 - makes Rajat's birth no. 1. He has got all qualities of a 1 - original and determined (reflects in his acting).

Well, I agree with Rose. Stay away from this danger zone - AGE.

Age men kya rakha hei, 13, 14, 15 or 16? Look at his acting talent; it's definitely more than 60!
