Ur description about Rudra's appearance made me think that he is sporting long tresses and had refused to get rid of them. So when he wears the cap, the ghane, kaale, reshmi zulfe peeps out from all sides !
No comment about daal's acting. I anyway never thought that she can act or something. But since I am a mere mortal, I am not supposed to "creatively" critisise angelia.

Madhu, the cremation scene was not doll, it was bachpan ka scene, played by a child actresss. But the whole thing really felt unrealistic and too filmy!!!
Regarding Ashish's hair, I can't recall him wearing a cap in the show. There is an actor who plays his junior officer and that guy looks more BSD (urf BSF) officer. Stands straight, clean shave, short hair, perfect uniform. Rudra's with the long shiny hair, gold rimmed aviators with a 2-3 day beard sans the cap just spoils the whole thing! So far, they have shown him as a man who uses his muscles and not his brains... No a good thing for a border security personnel.
